Lowe's review: Installers of quartz countertop

They came out to measure for installation. When they returned with countertop they measured the area around the sink to large. My cast iron sink fell threw the hole they cut for the sink damaging all the piping under the sink. Had to hire plumber to replace pipes. Supposedly I'm suppose to get reimbursed and haven't heard or received reimbursement yet. Poor installation, poor service, poor company. Oct 2021- Dec 14, 2021.

Desired outcome: Refund for plumbing installation that I paid for , due to your incompetence.

Disgusted with Lowe’s installation and their complaint department. Eventually and hopefully they will go away. Their not a help to anyone. Dec14, 2021.
