After purchasing a Whirlpool Refrigerator in October of 2016 the icemaker broke the 5th of July. It is now August the 11...2 weeks before someone here to look at the broken icemaker. Said I needed a freezor door and ordered it to replace. Week later, Lowe's contacted me and said door too expensive to replace so they would give me refund for my 5 year warranty as well as my refrigerator. Well then I get a refund card, with no dollar amount and what if I don't want to buy another one at Lowes. As I have had very bad luck with this I assumed I would get a check and that is what the emails implied. No one at my local store can help me. I have called many numbers and am put on hold to no HELP. I want a check in my name sent to my address. Vicki Crook 1634 Lumarka Drive, Charlotte NC 28212. What a ripoff.
