New Whirlpool Fridge installed 9/25/20. I found the leak 11/21/20.
Reported 11/23 and 12/3 and on 12/30/20. Damage to drywall and hardwood floors. After 2 1/2 months I'm still waiting on the third party insurance company. Who knew there was a third party delivery company? Installing company denies responsibility. I had a plumber repair and note on the invoice faulty install the metal to plastic coupling was cross threaded.

I have pictures but I couldn't attach them.

Desired outcome: Repair damage to sheetrock and flooring
