We tried to check on returning a tanle sae yo tifton ga. Lowes. The customer service employee did not even bother to check on this item. It was two years old so it didnt bother me that had to contact but the so called customer service employee was just rude. He told us we had to contact the company that made it. Then just turned his back to us and started speaking to another employee who I later found out was the ranking employee on that day. They never bothered to try. If they had they would have seen there is a recall on this product from porter cable. I will be hoing to another store if I ever buy anything from lowes. Rude, incompetent and lasy. Im I to understand that there customer service cant look up when something was purchased. Every other company can check on something for everything a person has bought from them. They should fire there customer service because they didnt give any service and was just plain ignoring the fact we were standing there. I dont to curse on here but believe me I would if I didnt think it would be rude like they were.
No customer service is what it should say.
