This store has the absolute worst customer service staff, very unprofessional, and the Managers are Jokes... Why schedule deliveries and the never show up, then finally after a lit of calls and going in the store they deliver a damaged Washer, they say use it for now and we will deliver anew one and pick it up next week, well again they never showed up... call back in and they act like your the problem, I nevet got nasty or mean and I asked to have it discounted and her said $100. This is insane for the damage it had... Again I am being told they will pick it up next Saturday...4 weeks to get this unprofessional rude company to pick up their Washer and they still have not come... If I was Corporate I would fire them all, I did send Corporate a letter with names. This is absolutely unacceptable.
