Lowe's review: health risks

We were in the store, we go to this store alot, as we were standing in line which was very close to the bathrooms and drinking water fountains. A lady comes in the front door with her dog and she says to someone that he would like a drink. She leads him to the drinking fountains for people where he slobbers all over the fountain. Then to make sure he gets enough she picks him up and gets him more drinks, these are the water fountains used by the wheelchair bound customers and children. All of the customers were appalled, we started complaining to one of the cashiers, she says you are the 8th person to complain, then she says that the lady with the dog is an employee. We said, Does that make it right. The staff in LOWES did not seem bothered by this, I am planning on calling the Delaware Dept. of Public Health. Lowes please do better, this store is new and near my house, I dont want to find another place to shop but I will if this is not addressed.
