Lowe's review: Flooring installed, and 2 appliance deliveries⁷

Hello my name is kathy mariano and I have been a customer of lowes for a long time now. Although these past couple of years working with your oneida location lowes has been horrific! And my step dad Claude bielby has worked there for about 10years now and yes he loves his job, bit even he is telling me to make these complaints because of the issues I keep expirencing EVERY time I go there! I have gone to lowes for all of my home projects BUT there's been a MAJOR issue EVERY time and absolutley NOTHING has been done any of the times! When my flooring was installed the installer got into a huge argument swearing yelling hitting things outside of and inside of my house. Nothing was done but an apology.  When I had my toliets replaced they left them unworking and unusable both of them, and I had to call and pay for a plumber , nothing was done but an apology. When they installed a new dishwasher, they installed a broken one, took my old, left me with a broken one said they'd be back the next day but never came back said there was no documentation of it being broken and if I wanted a new one I'd have to pay for it again...took me a week to get that resolved had to go in and argue multiple times. And now I just bought a new refrigerator and it was supposed to be delivered today but it wasn't and now they are telling me I have to pick it up and there's nothing that they can do. This isn't good customer service, they aren't helping their customers they are making everything so very uncomfortable and im beginning to feel like they don't appreciate me as a customer. I am just completly floored that this keeps happening to me, do they have something against me? I am most deffiantly to the point where I feel like something needs to be done and I mean asap more then an apology I deserve so reimbursement or something for all of this horrible treatment that I have delt with I am exhausted from this type of treatment from lowes and I am going to start spreading what has happened to me soon.this is my email [protected]@gmail.com phone number [protected] address 238 Allen park place oneida ny 13421
