Repairs were completed and 10/24/2021. At the time I filed the claim I told the gentleman about the water damage. He said the store had Insurance for this and would hook me up with claims. I then talked a Lady who gave me a Case # [protected]. There has been 4 or 5 emails since then. Nov 1, 2021 manager said he would file a claim. Have heard nothing from any Insurance Co. Unable to get a hold of Manager. Last time I called was told he wasn't there. Asked when I could reach him, they said they couldn't tell me? I bought the 5 year extended warranty from Lowe's.

Desired outcome: Floor fixed.
