4/30/21 I was due to have a dishwasher delivered. The delivery person came at 11:45pm with a box (resealed) with my initial and last name on it. However, the box number listed on the box did not match my order number. He insisted it was mine and hung around trying to get me to allow delivery. I already know the trouble there is to return such an item and already knew this was not my item. Now i'm told I have to wait 48 hours before I can get a call back! They will try to get me to cancel my order and start all over. All I want is my dishwasher, but obtain it from another location, prior experience ha left me bitter with this location... As this seemed intentional I just want my purchased ohonored.

Desired outcome: to be released from this STORE location purchase, and get merchandise elsewhere
