Lowe's review: Delivery

We purchased a freezer at Rapid City SD Lowes store, sales# S1634RA1. It was delivered to our home at 10733 Hay Creek Ln Belle Fourche SD 57717 this morning, 4/20/2021. Our property was 1st owner by a truck driver who made the driveway large enough to turn a semi around. I was in the shower when delivery was made. Instead of turning around by the shop or staying on main drive, the driver drove about 50 yards through our front lawn tearing up the grass and making trenches in the wet soil. These will make mowing difficult and possibly damage my large mower. Delivery truck parked in the lawn over 20 yards from our garage door. Driver and helper carried the freezer that extra distance through the lawn, across the gravel driveway and a large cement parking area, then into our garage. My wife told them they should not have driven on the lawn, and they apologized. While my wife was looking at the freezer and removing packing material, instead of backing up and leaving on driveway, the driver drove out across the lawn again, making more ruts in the lawn. I phoned the store delivery 3 times but did not get through. I was forwarded to delivery where phone rang until someone hung up without answering. I called a complaint number where I was put on hold and told it would be a long wait so I decided to try something else.
