Sunbeam Royal Ultra Fleece Heated Electric Blanket
Ordered a Sunbeam electric blanket from Amazon. It worked a little over a year and then stopped working. Received a E4 on the controller. Contacted customer care through email. Send emails back-and-forth for a little bit until they asked for proof of purchase and pictures of the blanket sent it to them only for them to go silent on me. So a week later contacted customer care through email yet again, same thing got to a certain point and then they went silent on me. Contacted them again through email this time I told them this is my third time requesting help all they did was combine my other two requests and put them into one. Every time I send a message through these emails they never respond back. I just want my electric blanket fixed, which has a five year warranty. Sunbeam used to have great blankets when I was younger that lasted years what happened?

Sunbeam Restful Queen Heated Mattress Pad
My heated mattress pad, while still under warranty stopped heating up! I’ve been trying to resolve this problem for months but keep getting goosed around!
Sunbeam says they are no longer responsible for the product because they licensed it out to STAR ELITE GROUP! However, when I call Star Elite I get a recording they are having technical difficulties and to call back!
I feel like I’ve been scammed!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

A damaged 1.7 litre ribbed glass kettle model:sgrk-017
I bought a Sunbeam 1.7 Litre Ribbed Glass Kettle model:SGRK-017 sometime in February 2022 and it stopped working I returned it for exchange and they gave me a new kettle on the 24 August 2022. The barcode on the box of the kettle is [protected] and the Guarantee is 12 months but it stopped working now on the 10th January 2023 I tried to take it back to the store for exchange but they told me I cannot exchange again as I changed the first kettle. Please help I dont know what to do now.

Sunbeam heated velvet throw
I have purchased 2 heated velvet throws over the last 3 years, and both of the throws stop working after about 6 weeks. The remote just flashes red and it no longer heats. I reached out to sunbeam the 1st time it happened and they said that they would send me a replacement throw but that never happened (that was 18 months ago). I contacted them again (1 month after the replacement should have arrived) and they said the item was backordered. I never received a refund or the heated throw.
I reached out regarding the second throw starting January 9th and was given the run around by Star Elite Inc, who now handles Sunbeams claims. They asked me to submit all this documentation. I did everything they asked by January 15th. Once I did, they told me to return it to the seller. On the sunbeam warranty, it says do not return to the seller. It has a 5 year warranty but they do not honor their warranties.
Desired outcome: I want a replacement blanket or my money back.

Good morning! I would like to lodge a complaint. I bought a IQ2 Twin size blanket from the Travis AFB BX approx 3 weeks ago. I had bought more than one item and what had happened is that I had to return an item and I let the BX keep the receipt. I came back home and gave the blanket to my daughter (I had bought it for my granddaughter). About an hour later, she contacts me to tell me that there was no controller for the blanket. I took the blanket back for an Exchange but it was the last one. I follow the instructions on your pamphlet to see if I could just order a replacement controller. Here is when the story gets RAGGEDY. I was referred to call [protected] and I ended up talking to the RUDEST Customer Service Representative in the world. She told me that your company would be able to replace it if I had the receipt. I told her what had happened with the receipt and that I did not have it anymore. That female acted as it I was trying to steal a blanket from you. I am an Air force veteran. I BIUGHT THIS THING. All I wanted was a replacement controller and I offered to pay for it. Like I said, she was extremely rude and told me that there was no way I would ever get a replacement. I asked to speak to her supervisior and she responded"I can tell you to call you back but she is just going to tell you the same thing so there is no use trying." Would not give me the manager's name at all. I had never felt so disrespected. I apologize for just now lodging this complaint, but we had a death in the family, and I only just now remembered to send this message. I followed your procedures and your representative (all I know that it was a female that answered the number I referenced) does not need to be representing your company. Your manual clearly states "Do not return this product to place of purchase" but I did try anyway. I do not appreciate the fact that she thought that I was trying to "get over" on somebody. I explained clearly what had happened to the receipt and she wanted me to drive BACK to the base and ask them to print out another receipt. Obviously, she has no idea the distance involved when you do not live on a military base and I had already made one trip there not even remotely thinking that there would be something wrong with this blanket. If I knew how to do a public review on this incident, I would.

I informed Sunbeam that the cord to this blanket developed an exposed wire. Sunbeam recognized that blanket is under warranty and told me to contact Star Elite, INC. I called and left emails to this subsidiary company and submitted all required documents. This dialogue began in June 2022 with Sunbeam and continued with Star Elite and no response. Here we are in August. The blanket was purchased in December, 2020 and stopped working in June, 2022. Sunbeam failed to honor its warranty.

Heated Throw Style AA85
I received this throw as a Christmas gift in 2021 so it is less than 5 months old. It has gradually been heating less and less over the last month and now the controller just blinks and the throw does not heat at all. I have researched reseting it but unplugging and replugging it back in, even in several different outlets, does not work. Red light on the controller just blinks and throw does not heat up at all.
I have no receipt as it was a gift. Please let me know how you want to handle replacing this defective product or somehow making this unfortunate product situation right.

I cant remove power cord so I can was electric blanket in washer.

I have only used this blanket for one season. It has only been washed maybe three times. this blanket was purchased from Bargain Hunt in Bartlett, TN.
Maybe it was a second, however it was in a box. It is queen-size.
Desired outcome: Please tell me what I can do, short of using it as a regular blanket.

Bought November 2021~ light started blinking ~ unplugged and tried again ~ saw a spark, heard a pop, smelled it burn! It is now TOAST! Lasted 2 months! Did not keep receipt or register it because... it is a SUNBEAM!

Sunbeam King Size quilted heated mattress Pad
I have a King size Sunbeam heated mattress pad that is not working. My controllers are working but no heat. I noticed on the 4 prong mattress connection one of the prongs is much lower possibly making bad connection. I have tried to call the Sunbeam Company only to be held on hold forever multiple times.. I then tried to file case online was given a case # in an email with trouble shooting for possible fix. I did all the trouble shooting and still not working. I was instructed by email to click on warranty link sent in another email. I clicked on link filled out form and hit submit button only to be told in another page that you have to sign in to use. I'm not a computer expert, but not idiot either. There is no place to sign in or instructions on how to. This company makes it impossible to resolve warranty issues with products. So back to square one. Went back to Sunbeam and filed another case. Once again received trouble shooting email, but they failed to send warranty link as specified in email. Oh did I forget to mention you have a 7 day window for warranty link to work. I was within the 7 days and it didn't work for me. Just another run around. I purchased this blanket from Sunbeam and was shipped directly from mfr. You would think I would have better customer service than this. My last ditch effort was a reply to email about my frustrations. Bet I never hear a word. This product is an electric source you sleep on if it has faulty connections it is a serious hazard. Why are they making it difficult to reach out to?
Desired outcome: Just wanted it fixed.

I have a Model # BVHC-MMX26. I went to get my 1st cup this am (11/29/21), and the top tab on the handle broke spilling hot coffee on me and all over the counter. Please make sure this isn't a chronic problem as this could cause a suite if someone was badly burned.

Duraceramic frying pan
Hi,
We bought the Duraceramic frying pan 1 week ago, and as soon as we started cooking in it, the food was sticking to the bottom of the frying pan and burning...despite there being Olive oil also in frying pan.. this is the Second time we have bought this product..thinking it may have been improved, but no, it's still the same. The frying pan is very hard to clean and is actually stained from the food cooking in it, no matter how hard we scrub it the marks will not come off.
We would like some type of refund please.

Good morning
This is the second fan that I've purchased that has died. I love the size, the color, and the air circulated but it's a bit frustrating to have this happen again. The fans both lasted a couple months before they stopped working.
I'm beyond the return period at Target where both fans were purchased for approximately $13 each.
I would like, at the very least, the fans to be replaced with the same or better fans.

It beeps and lights up when I turn it on. Checked plugged in as well as changed battery on controller. Still beeps. I got it at Costco 1year ago so I can probably return it.

Heated blanket
Bought a heated blanket on amazon from sunbeam, and was defective. Burned my skin and only half of the blanket the upper part was heated my feet were cold. Contacted customer service and was sent a replacement blanket, which was worse than the first one. Only 1/4 of it heated up and left burns on my feet and this was on the lowest setting possible. I contacted sunbeam customer service 3 weeks ago about it 4 times and they refused to get back to me after the first message saying i needed to provide proof of the blanket etc. I'm extremely disappointed because not only can this blanket set my house on fire it has burned my skin and I'm still cold. What a waste of 100 dollars.

I've had these coffee pots for 30 years and never had the on, off switch break. This coffeemaker is almost 2 years old and we've had no problems.
I went to turn it on and nothing happened, switch moves but makes no "click". If I can't turn it on, I don't get coffee!

Heated mattress cover
My mattress cover I received for Christmas is new. From the first time this mattress cover was used it started blinking after about 30 minutes. I only like to heat up my bed and occasionally want to turn it on again in the night. I can't do this because it
starts blinking and you can't turn it off. You have to unplug and start process all over.
Very annoying. I hate this blanket. Hopefully this one is defective or this problem can be resolved.

Sunbeam heated throw
I bought my Sunbeam heated throw afew years ago, it worked the first year and some of the second year. I didn't have the receipt because I bought it at Costco through a friend. When I push the button only to low and wait for a sec, it jumps up to high and blinks off and on and doesn't heat up anymore. It is still in excellent condition and should still be working.
I actually did buy another one last year and it is still working. I have tried both plugs from each blanket inot the one that doesn't work but it does the same blinking light thing for both.
