This is for Marvin Ellison CEO. You were at the helm when JCPenny went down. I now understand why. I spent over an hour trying to reach someone via telephone at your Oxnard Ca. store. I had to go to the Corporate Office customer service to reach a person to assist me. She spent another 30 minutes trying to reach someone at that store.
If this went on another 10 minutes I was going to cancel my $800 order and go thru Amazon or Best Buy.
Just thought you should know.
