11/20/23 and 11/21/23 Had paid for installation for a ceiling fan. Electrician did not show up for scheduled appointment but changed it for nighttime at 7;30 p m instead. They are suppose to be bilingual but the man could not speak english. Do not even know if he was licensed. since we did not have the proper part of the fan they scheduled for today. Did not show up at scheduled time or even a courtesy call. When he did call later that evening he said he was sending the same person. This is Rosas Electric. Tucson Az. This is totally unacceptable and I refused his service. I want you to send a reputable electrician since we paid for this.

Desired outcome: I need a reputable electrician or refund.
