West Knoxville location uses a delivery company rated "F" by the better business bureau. Always ask who is delivering. If they say SERVICE DIRECT cancel order immediately!
Waited two weeks for delivery, when they finally arrived they could not use the driveway even though we alerted Lowe's to the hill they would need to climb (including pictures).
"Oh no problem." we were told several times. They left telling us they would be back with a different truck the same day. Lied.
Then they rescheduled our delivery without informing us.
Still waiting...
