LensCrafters review: Receipt glasses morrow/Southlake

I bought glass this year totaling over 600.00, I called on a Monday I just wanted to get a receipt. The Manager Monica, took my information. NO one never called me back. I waited and spoke to Mercedes she basically said the same thing the manager said. ‘WE ARE BUSY’ all I wanted is a receipt. Monica was out and James was the next in c charge, I guess the way Mercedes was talking like she didn’t want or there was no one to talk to. You can’t or no one cant print a receipt. I asked for the Len crafters complaint department, but first I called another lesncrafter location and told them what happped and they said that is so sad that location was like that and that I should complain. And I was going to do just so. I will let everyone know, please don’t go to the morrow, Southlake mall location. unprofessional and oh ‘THEY ARE TO BUSY glass bought feb 2022. called 06/13/22. no on called back
