August 23, [protected] Is the 1st tracking number given to me, this is supposedly door to door delivery with 305php delivery fee. I tracked it and saw it will be delivered within the day. Waited for 2 days, no delivery happened. Then tried tracking it again and adv me to call LBC for some issues. I googled the contact number in Lipa, no one answered. I tried messaging LBC thru Facebook messenger, no reply. Until it was delivered back to the seller. The seller advised me that according to LBC, the reason why it wasnt delivered is because they were not anle to contact me and no one is at home which is very impossible to happen. No one called me, and I am always in the house. Then September 11 another tracking number, [protected] then I received a call today from LBC that it will be delivered today but need to pay 605php! Is it my fault that it wasnt delivered to me the first time you tried to deliver the parcel to me? I need the refund please!
Desired outcome: Refund me the excess charge!
Cargo shipment
In June this year, I shipped 5 large balikbayan boxes here in San Diego, California bound for Manila, Muntinlupa City in particular. The cargo was received on September 7, 2021 by the consignee. I let her open the boxes just yesterday and discovered that all the 25 lbs and 15lbs Rice as well as assorted canned goods were missing. The tracking numbers of the cargo I am referring are:[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. I don't have a picture of the boxes yet and the complete list of items missing.

I would like to complain the branch at sm san lazaro wherein the services are very poor. The customer service is very bad. With all my visits here, I didn't have any good experience at all. I hope the management would do something about the service here and the staff as well.
First, they didn't inform the customers that we would need to buy our own bubble wraps whenever the staff deem it necessary. Secondly, their queueing system sucks. The machine supposedly told us that we would receive a text once it would be our turn, yet we didn't get any. And yet it's our fault that they already were in cut-off for that day? But we didn't get any text so we just waited in vain.
The staff here are very unprofessional, no good customer treatment as well. Totally not worth the visit if only we had a choice.
Desired outcome: Better service and call the attention of the staff for a disciplinary action

Parcel not receive
Hi I'm Ronalyn Flores, LBC automatically send message upon the delivery of my parcel on the said day. however I did not receive any parcel from LBC, I thought it was due to typhoon but upon tracking it indicates that it has been successfully delivered even though I don't receive anything. I am so worried since these are some important documents from my work. I also call to the customer service and they advise me they will request retrieve however there's no update yet. They just get my contact number.

I will file a comolain regarding the service of one of your branch here in LBC AyalaMall Southpark . They did not assist me and told me Im gonna have to wait for about 30 minutes even if there are no other customer inside . I've waited 25 minutes at that branch just to claim my t-shirt, I arrived 8:00 am and the male and female staff were unpolite. they do not greeted me "goodmorning" they just told me to "sir upo ka muna" (for 25 minutes). Kwentuhan pa sila ng kwentuhan. mabuti pa yung parang trainee nila na nagiinitate mapabilis yung pag claim ko ng product. may naghihintay pa naman sakin na trycicle driver at may klase din ako. ganun ba talaga yun? 25 minutes ba talaga service time ng LBC? kahit ako lang ang customer sa branch?
Please tell them to be polite and proper use of words, such as "please" or "po and opo". and please recognize the trainee. yung kagaya nya ang mga staff na dapat.

I am complaining about a staff on LBC pateros branch

Today i shipped products at one of your branches in the phil particularly in Pateros.
I told her it is for COP .Your staff didn't even bother to ask me regarding the price cost of my items. She just put any amt on the declared products and just put the shipping amt on my receipt. I return also to the said branch and ask help for amendment regarding the price of my items but they said they couldnt amend it anymore as it was alaready encoded on the system.I am an online seller what if the buyer is a scammer and wont pay my items once they received them. I also need money and your staff is so rude you should hire staffs which are more accomodating.

Non activity on website. Parcel not received
On August 19, 2021 Gogoexpress rider pick up the Parcel. The person who will receive it is claiming she haven't received the parcel. We tried calling their telephone number on their website but it only repeats the option menu over and over again. We also sent an email to their customer care Last Friday but they only replied on Monday and told us that they will only follow it up on their assigned team. It has been 13 days and until now there is no activity on their website.
