I'm writing to inform you that the rep named Karen Penaflor at Deca Homes LBC branch is rude and not attentive.

When she handled the money to me, she seemed uninterested to hand it over to me. This happened to me. She easily judged people of being minority. If the customer has had bad times, she should not at least reciprocate that act. She should maintain the composure of being a LBC agent.

I'm a customer of yours since before. That action from her would diminish my desire to be loyal with your good office. May you file an incident report to her?

Please tell me that status of this application.

I need an explanation and a response.

We went to LBC Concepcion. Honestly we didn't know that the package is for Pick up because the seller did't informes us. The name of the receiver is my Father but he is sick. He can't walk thats why he asked us to pick up the package. We have his valid ID with us (cause we didnt know what we actually need) but when we went to LBC Concepcion the lady told us we need Authorization Letter. LBC Concepcionnis 30mins drive from our home! I ask her if we can just Video Call my father because dude! IT IS THE SAME THING! THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT IT IS MY FATHER! BUT THE LADY IS SO RUDE AND SAID NO! YOU GUYS HAVE THE WORST WORKER. I KNOW THET HAVE POLICY TO FOLLOW BUT CANT WE HAVE A LITTLE CONSIDERATION SPECIALLY WITH THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC?

I'm complaining about your LBC staff stationed at Puerto LBC branch Cagayan de Oro city for their very unprofessional behavior. I went there today August 21, 2021 3pm and supposed to hand my package bound to Cebu. The staff immediately looked at my package with Chili garlic bottled products and said they would charge my package for P750. I was shocked at the price and she told me that they will have to re package my products even though it was properly packed and bubble wrapped individually. The other staff then said, we will re pack that properly because when the packages arrive at the boat, it would be thrown everywhere and LBC doesn't guarantee its SAFETY! This is the services offered by your company to your customers? I do not like to post this to social media since i still have faith on the company even though there are bad apples stationed at one of your branches.

I don't think I was well informed by the customer service that I need to retain the balikbanyan box receipt in order to claim back the $10 deposit. Hence, I didn't keep the receipt. I only know that once I send the box out, I will get back the refund. The new box is already evident that I have paid for the box. So why do I still need the receipt. Why can't just make me sign something to acknowledge that I have taken back the $10 deposit.

original pouch which contain letter and cash equivalent of Php 13, 000.00 was replaced with pouch no. [protected] which was accomplished by your local personnel in Inabanga, Bohol as evidenced by the different penmanship appearing in the official LBC envelope and not from the original sender. It was clear that the original envelope was tampered and opened by your personnel.

I was supposed to receive my document last August 16, 2021. I did not. So I emailed them on August 17. They replied on August 19 and said the address was incorrect, so I provided them with my address, landmark, contact number. They said they have contacted the delivery team on the matter.
August 19, the status was "recipient was not at the address".
I was there the whole day. I am reviewing for an important exam so I'm stuck at home. I have not received any text or call from them that they tried to deliver my package.
Why is it that out of all delivery services, JRS, Entrego, 2go, Ninjavan, lazada, shopee express, it is only LBC that cant seem to deliver my package.
I have sent them numerous emails, but still have not received any solution. I still have not received the package, why is very important to me.

I would like to ask if what are your opening and closing hours during this ECQ In Manila?

I went to LBC ESPANA BRANCH near cebuana lhuiller at exactly 3pm but your guy staff rudely told me that they are already close and they are until 2pm only and they are just inside chitchatting. I wonder if its close why the shop is still open but not operating? He suggested that I should go to the mall and not to other branches near the vicinity. I remembered that there is a branch in Trabajo Market. Then I walked and went to LBC TRABAJO BRANCH, good thing they are still accepting customers for the delivery of my document. They are so nice because they are still open until 5pm, very industrious employees.

May I ask if it is true that this particular branch in ESPANA is the only branch which has 2pm cut off everyday for this ECQ? Kindly clarify this to me because it is very inconvenient on my part. I have a very important paper to be sent and yet your staff is not customer oriented.

Hoping this email would reach you and would be attended. I'm complaining about my package cargo (XL) which i sent here from Qatar going to Cebu since May 19, 2021 and arrived today August 19, 2021. They told my mother that the box was just hit by a wire but when my mother send me the picture it was severely damaged. And as what I remembered I securely taped it with a duct tape.

I ask my student to get my parcel, since I have online class. I gave my ID and the shipping fee amount but the authorize personnel said he needed an authorization from me. However, the other customer who did the same, was accompanied. With biased customer service, I would like to file a complain about it. If the your rules prohibits it, then it should be applied to all.

Hi I am complaining regarding the service at your sta. Rosa Heights.. Please have the system and be organize because in some branches if the first one is still not done they can still accommodate the next in line especially if its for pick up only.. Your agent there still want to wait for the first in line to finished all the packing of the client while they are just having tsismismisan. Okay sana if tinutulungan nila mag pack ung client eh hindi nmn eh.. So intayin pa namin matapos un bago sila mag entertain.. Sa ibang branch pag ganon ang situation inientertain na muna nila yung next..

My package is not yet delivered it will turn 1 month next week. From manila to puerto princesa city. It was misshipped to coron palawan.

The buyer of my items im the package back out and mad at me they think im scamming them.

This is unaaceptable im eacalating this to DTI!

They let the customer decide the pricing and the problem is we charge for th product higher than the kilogram of the product

Crame confront guy na worker mo.. Pinipilit poh nya talaga mali, so lier... Nakuha ko ooh sa cebuama n. Wla. Problema.. Why he to. Lie ma. Mali name ko.. D lang sabihin n wla. Sila pomdo. Again. My boxes were picked up in the 21 May 2021 and until now it has not been delivered to the recipient. The boxes were received at LBC Manila Warehouse on the 4th of August and was forwarded to Upper Rizal Delivery on the 6th August. My boxes were suppose to go to Quezon City but due to disinfection it was forwarded to Upper Rizal Delivery Team. How long will the Upper Rizal Delivery Team hold my boxes? 2-3 days of delays are still alright but it is already the 6th day today. You were branded as the King of Padala and "You like to move it" but clearly it is not moving at all!

I want to follow up my parcel, (tn# [protected]), it says that last july 29, on the way to scs cargo, then last aug.5, expect delivery within the day, pero wala nangyari, tpos aug.7 and 9, again please expect delivery within the day, wala pa rin, ano ba talaga, isang maliit na bagay pero d kaya ideliver on time

Staff in LBC SM CLARK doesn't want to release my package to the receiver just because her complete name is not written. First they told me to go back to branch of origin (SM HYPERMART PASIG) to give them receiver's middle name. So I did. NOW they want me to go back to the the branch to give the second name daw (ex. I put Abby de la Cruz and they want it to be Abby MARIE de la Cruz).. i don't think that is justified. This is a simple cheap package not
more than P500 and the staff are making the situation more difficult than it has to be. I HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS PACKAGE. I hope you can do the necessary actions or else you have lost a customer FOR GOOD.
