My credit card delivery
I didn't receive my BDO credit card. And it was being returned. My address being given is correct. I tried to ask for assistance at LBC physical store, they tracked through the tracking number and said that it was already delivered but failed to find my home address. And ask for 2 random people if they know me. How come that they can't locate my address? It seemed that they really didn't tried to locate it.

Package not re-delivered
I have been contacting LBC since monday to make a request to re deliver my package but unfortunately everytime I call back on the second day they will tell me that there was no request made and it's already the 3rd day. I need the package urgently because it is an important document and I'm concerned that the office will be close again when they deliver. All I want was to re-deliver my package but there was no progress at all. I was frustrated to know that there was no request for re deliver where in fact I called several times just to make one.

She let me feel so small. She asked lazada or shopee? I said no, this is a returned items from nike international singapore.

4 cargo boxes sent from USA to Philippines not received to final destination
I sent 4 large boxes (cargo) via this company hoping for a safe shipment but what I was promised by the office clerk at LBC verbally and as per website information my cargo has taken ages to surface and in fact I was told by the many answering service representative that I've spoken to, on their tracking system it still remained some where in Hong Kong and there's no way of getting hold of anybody to inquire about it. As what the representative has told me (by the way I've called at least 5 times already), their response to me is that "We're still waiting for update ma'am".

When she handled the money to me, she seemed uninterested to hand it over to me. This happened to me. She easily judged people of being minority. If the customer has had bad times, she should not at least reciprocate that act. She should maintain the composure of being a LBC agent.
I'm a customer of yours since before. That action from her would diminish my desire to be loyal with your good office. May you file an incident report to her?

We went to LBC Concepcion. Honestly we didn't know that the package is for Pick up because the seller did't informes us. The name of the receiver is my Father but he is sick. He can't walk thats why he asked us to pick up the package. We have his valid ID with us (cause we didnt know what we actually need) but when we went to LBC Concepcion the lady told us we need Authorization Letter. LBC Concepcionnis 30mins drive from our home! I ask her if we can just Video Call my father because dude! IT IS THE SAME THING! THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT IT IS MY FATHER! Unprofessional staffs
I'm complaining about your LBC staff stationed at Puerto LBC branch Cagayan de Oro city for their very unprofessional behavior. I went there today August 21, 2021 3pm and supposed to hand my package bound to Cebu. The staff immediately looked at my package with Chili garlic bottled products and said they would charge my package for P750. I was shocked at the price and she told me that they will have to re package my products even though it was properly packed and bubble wrapped individually. The other staff then said, we will re pack that properly because when the packages arrive at the boat, it would be thrown everywhere and LBC doesn't guarantee its SAFETY! This is the services offered by your company to your customers? I do not like to post this to social media since i still have faith on the company even though there are bad apples stationed at one of your branches.
Desired outcome: Provide proper customer service/handling of your staffs.
Balikbanyan box deposit
I don't think I was well informed by the customer service that I need to retain the balikbanyan box receipt in order to claim back the $10 deposit. Hence, I didn't keep the receipt. I only know that once I send the box out, I will get back the refund. The new box is already evident that I have paid for the box. So why do I still need the receipt. Why can't just make me sign something to acknowledge that I have taken back the $10 deposit.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my $10 deposit back. The website should also have instructions on how the refund of $10 is done. The customer service officers should also speak more clearly about retaining the receipt for refund.

[protected] which was accomplished by your local personnel in Inabanga, Bohol as evidenced by the different penmanship appearing in the official LBC envelope and not from the original sender. It was clear that the original envelope was tampered and opened by your personnel.
