I received a text message that the recipient has received the message but it was not. He has asked all his household members and staff in the shop but no package was received. Your track and trace also said that it was received by the recipient… please explain and find my package. My package contains medicines.

Nag send ako package nung july 27, 2021 bakit hanggang ngaun august 10, 2021 wala pa dun yung package ko, need na ng pamangkin ko yung books pang online class! Ang sabi nyo 1-2days lang pero till now wala pa din dumadating na package dun!

I thought domestic packages should be expected within 24-48 hours 3rd day na today and still imamasage ako ng driver if pwede pa ideliver bukas? Cause dahilan nya is di nya nabasa agad reply ko and di daw complete address ko pero complete nmn po add na nakalagay sa receipt bakit po ganon? And nagtext den saken ang lbc na idedeliver today but sabe ng driver bukas na?

I would like to ask where I can send a formal complaint or who I can talk to about my concern.
We sent the documents last July 26, 2021 @ LBC Galica II Mendez Cavite to Valenzuela City [protected]) It's been 14 days and the documents are still not there. Please help us! The document is important and urgent. We always follow up in LBC Mendez Cavite (your staff there is very rude) but no clear answer is given. We also msg and comment on facebook but still no response.

My sender drop my parcel last july 29 and until now I did not receive any.. I keep tracking it but they forward it to the wrong location not just once but twice. What kind of service is this! I pay 200+ for the delivery charge and yet the service is very poor, your staff is lack of knowledge they don't know how to make their job well, I wait for so long, and I need it urgent! its been a week since the delay of the parcel. Aug 1 status expect delivery wothin the day and just today received the same msg. But none came. Upon checking the status it came back to cargo station freight-again. So, is there really a parcel to be deliver or NONE? LBC province has a better svc than LBC mnla. Just saying. 😊

Good day, this is Millen Van Joy P. MIguel. I am writing this message to file a complaint about what happened to my printer when delivered by your delivery man. My printer was not working properly anymore when delivered by your worker. This printer has been delivered to me upside down rather than delivered correctly. Upon opening the rpinter, all of the ink were spilled already in the cartridge affecting now the contact in the carriage. I just bought my printer 2 months ago and I cannot afford to buy a new one anymore because of just reckless delivery. I did not expect this to happen because gave my full trust to LBC. Kindly please take action on this. Thank you very much.

Today Aug. 06, 2021 I went to lbc puerto cagayan de oro branch to do some mailing but unfortunately due to covid the area is under ECQ I was prohibited to enter the company since I forgot to brought my QR CODE that I understand what I did was to get someone with QR code whom I authorized to do my transaction but unluckily again the guard SG. F SYCassign did not let the person whom I authorized and instead he threatened me to call a police for me (PADAMPOT DAW NYA AKO SA pulis) pag nagpumilit ako na papasukin yong tao na binigyan ko ng authorization para sa gagawing transaction.
What I dont understand why your guards prohibit and did not allow the person I authorized do transaction in my behalf to enter the company.
Please re orient and trained your guards assigned in your company.

I am owning a shop with an average of 5 transactions weekly in LBC Sara Branch. The mentioned branch contains of unprofessional staffs. My transaction should be a COP with an address of LBC Kalibo branch pick up, the staff put it on COD with incomplete address. They dont want to change, cut off time is 2 PM as they claimed and Mr. Ronnel Democrito wants to charge us additional PHP 60.

This incedent always happened, they used to asked personal questions regarding how we manage our store, throwing unnecessary jokes.

2 days ago we want to send a branded watch to California, they dont know the procedure. They keep asking if our products are original. This branch should have a professional store incharge, a good example to follow and train each member.

My mode of delivery is door to door but LBC DAET do not deliver my parcels. They did not answer my text messages and calls. They keep on saying that there is no delivery on my area, after texting me theydid not reply thru text and even when I called them several times. But, why did they accept a door to door delivery when the sender got transsactions with them?

LBC DAET (DAE01) branch doesn't even deserve ONE STAR. Entitled staff. I got a message about my item ready for pick up around 3pm, without any details as to their operating hourse so I could at least have an idea what time to go there. I asked their Twitter CSR, told me they're open til 6pm. Got there 25-30 minutes past 5 and they are already closed. The staff were still inside so I tried to ask if I could still pick up my item since I was told they are open til 6pm but they refuse, saying I just come back next day. Which is so pathetic since I'm already there, they should have compensated for that mistake by going through the transaction but they didn't. Imagine the hassle and waste of time. So inconsiderate!

[protected] this package is a demand letter and need to deliver as soon as possible, but 1 week already passed my package is still not yet delivered. they updated the twice that my package will be deliver within the day and still they didnt. i called their costumer service twice but still pending... tomorrow will be ECQ again. another reasons! hoping the package delivery will be within this day..

Full description of the incident: LBC lost my parcel that I sent last June 24, 2021 to my mother it contains 2 ID's of my mother she use for her claim in senior citizen's pension. I raised the concerned to LBC care hotline they promised to take action about the matter but until now nothing is settled.
my mother needs those ID's for her pension claim this coming month I need an urgent action about this matter
I want to make them fulfill their promised that they are going to make a legal affidavit of lost and shoulder the payment for getting another ID's

1. Shipment not received on stated date - At around 2:04pm on Aug 4, 2021, I received a call from family member from Dipolog city informing me that the shipment with tracking no. [protected] was not received. LBC Dipolog City branch informed her that shipment was still in Cebu. Transaction date was on July 29, 2021 at 12:43:36pm. Expected delivery date is 08/02/2021-08/04/2021.

2. Poor customer service - called LBC Mandaue to ask for help about the status of my shipment but nobody answered my call. All 24 phone calls from 2:13pm to 3:39pm were not picked up. Decided to go to LBC Gaisano Grand mall, Liloan, Cebu to personally verify the status of my shipment. On my way, I continued to dial LBC Mandaue office, still didn't answer. Since, I was not satisfied with my verification with LBC Liloan branch I have to drive about 10km to Mandaue City to personally see them instead of just having the verification over the phone. In Mandaue office, I was not entertained well at first but was referred to their supervisor. They gave me his number for me to call but he did not answer all my 8 call attempts. I was entertained well later on by a front desk personnel after many frustrating attempts.

3. Insensitive and discourteous representative - my personal verification in LBC Gaisano Grand mall, Liloan branch, was a disappointment. The attendant raised her voice as I complained and stated how critical is that transaction because the product is an emergency necessity (food supplement contra covid) for my lola who was infected with covid. I was about to go out from the office when the attendant raised her voice. I proceeded to go out but the feeling of disappointment and insult of her insensitive and discourteous behavior prompted me to return and confronted her. She was quick to justify of her actions, so instead of engaging a heated argument, I went out to proceed to LBC Mandaue office.

P.S.
Mandaue office informed me that LBC Liloan branch shipped out my item on July 29, 2021. It was received by LBC Dipolog on August 3, 2021 but was shipped to Zamboanga City on the same date. From Zamboanga city, it will be shipped back to Dipolog City.

On the contrary, LBC Dipolog branch told my relative, Carmelita Dahili (the daughter of the patient), that the shipment was not received yet since it is being shipped by Cebu directly to Zamboanga. It was a different story told to her in prior hours that the item was yet in Cebu.

With this conflicting information from different LBC branches, what is really the truth? Is there something wrong with their system? or is it the personnel.

I had a previous shipment with tracking number [protected] on June 28, 2021 and the expected delivery date was 7/1/2021 - 7/03/2021. The shipment was received on 7/2/2021. It is received in 5 working days and 1 day before the last target date.

How hard it is to travel?

I am willing to pay for any amount for the service of delivery of my credit card and I was expecting it for almost a week.

Since now that my card is for RETURN, it will be another year of waiting for me for a credit card approval.

I hope that this matter be resolved and I hope that it will never happen again.

My address is complete and I dot have a street address because our house is just near/along the highway, I may understand if the address on my parcel was wrong but I called you guys many times to confirm that it as correct and accurate.

I called BDO to update my personal information and provide my contact no. how ever you guys have diverted my parcel for return, this broke my heart, I have waited for a year for this credit card and now you just made me feel bad about the incompetence of your delivery partner.

I sent an email last April 16 regarding the package I sent to my friend in Palawan. I sent the package in an excellent condition but when she received it on April 16, the package was damaged. There is a FRAGILE sticker on the package but still it was destroyed! She didn't claim it, the delivery guy said it will be return to the sender (to me). Until now the package haven't arrived in the LBC branch in Salapungan, Angeles City Pampanga. I don't know where the package is. I filed a claim/refund and said the assigned handler on my claim will call me but until now I haven't received a call yet. It's been 4months already but seems like no action taken on my claim. Declared value is 20, 000pesos. I need that money! This is so frustrating and it is taking so long. Please, hope someone will do something regarding my case.

I just want relay feedback regarding Poblacion branch in bacoor city cavite. Several times i do remittances and they always told me that its offline. They dont have internet connection. Such a lame excuse. I cant remember any successful transaction.on that branch. Im very much frustrated. Please do necessary action. Very much frustrated client here

I sent a parcel with tracking no. [protected] from San Jose City, Nueva Ecija to Avida Towers, EDSA ave., cor Quezon Ave., Quezon City. It's been six 6) days now ang it is yet to be delivered. I traced it in your app and as of July 31, 2021 it is already out for delivery. The parcel is the key to my condo unit. The lessees have been waiting for it and they hoped to move in my unit last weekend. I have incurred so much damages already from your very late delivery. I hope the key gets delivered today.
