LBC does not notify. no call or text
I was supposed to receive my document last August 16, 2021. I did not. So I emailed them on August 17. They replied on August 19 and said the address was incorrect, so I provided them with my address, landmark, contact number. They said they have contacted the delivery team on the matter.
August 19, the status was "recipient was not at the address".
I was there the whole day. I am reviewing for an important exam so I'm stuck at home. I have not received any text or call from them that they tried to deliver my package.
Why is it that out of all delivery services, JRS, Entrego, 2go, Ninjavan, lazada, shopee express, it is only LBC that cant seem to deliver my package.
I have sent them numerous emails, but still have not received any solution. I still have not received the package, why is very important to me.
Desired outcome: DELIVER IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I would like to ask if what are your opening and closing hours during this ECQ In Manila?
I went to LBC ESPANA BRANCH near cebuana lhuiller at exactly 3pm but your guy staff rudely told me that they are already close and they are until 2pm only and they are just inside chitchatting. I wonder if its close why the shop is still open but not operating? He suggested that I should go to the mall and not to other branches near the vicinity. I remembered that there is a branch in Trabajo Market. Then I walked and went to LBC TRABAJO BRANCH, good thing they are still accepting customers for the delivery of my document. They are so nice because they are still open until 5pm, very industrious employees.
May I ask if it is true that this particular branch in ESPANA is the only branch which has 2pm cut off everyday for this ECQ? Kindly clarify this to me because it is very inconvenient on my part. I have a very important paper to be sent and yet your staff is not customer oriented.

Cargo Damage Complain
Dear Ma'am/Sir,
Hoping this email would reach you and would be attended. I'm complaining about my package cargo (XL) which i sent here from Qatar going to Cebu since May 19, 2021 and arrived today August 19, 2021. They told my mother that the box was just hit by a wire but when my mother send me the picture it was severely damaged. And as what I remembered I securely taped it with a duct tape.

Biased customer service
I ask my student to get my parcel, since I have online class. I gave my ID and the shipping fee amount but the authorize personnel said he needed an authorization from me. However, the other customer who did the same, was accompanied. With biased customer service, I would like to file a complain about it. If the your rules prohibits it, then it should be applied to all.
Desired outcome: I want fairness in all the customer and give this personnel a warning about her unfair decision making.

Hi I am complaining regarding the service at your sta. Rosa Heights.. Please have the system and be organize because in some branches if the first one is still not done they can still accommodate the next in line especially if its for pick up only.. Your agent there still want to wait for the first in line to finished all the packing of the client while they are just having tsismismisan. Okay sana if tinutulungan nila mag pack ung client eh hindi nmn eh.. So intayin pa namin matapos un bago sila mag entertain.. Sa ibang branch pag ganon ang situation inientertain na muna nila yung next..

Crame confront guy na worker mo.. Pinipilit poh nya talaga mali, so lier... Nakuha ko ooh sa cebuama n. Wla. Problema.. Why he to. Lie ma. Mali name ko.. D lang sabihin n wla. Sila pomdo. Again. Delayed Delivery

My boxes were picked up in the 21 May 2021 and until now it has not been delivered to the recipient. The boxes were received at LBC Manila Warehouse on the 4th of August and was forwarded to Upper Rizal Delivery on the 6th August. My boxes were suppose to go to Quezon City but due to disinfection it was forwarded to Upper Rizal Delivery Team. How long will the Upper Rizal Delivery Team hold my boxes? 2-3 days of delays are still alright but it is already the 6th day today. You were branded as the King of Padala and "You like to move it" but clearly it is not moving at all!

LBC Clark to release item
Staff in LBC SM CLARK doesn't want to release my package to the receiver just because her complete name is not written. First they told me to go back to branch of origin (SM HYPERMART PASIG) to give them receiver's middle name. So I did. NOW they want me to go back to the the branch to give the second name daw (ex. I put Abby de la Cruz and they want it to be Abby MARIE de la Cruz).. i don't think that is justified. This is a simple cheap package not
more than P500 and the staff are making the situation more difficult than it has to be. I HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS PACKAGE. I hope you can do the necessary actions or else you have lost a customer FOR GOOD.

I received a text message that the recipient has received the message but it was not. He has asked all his household members and staff in the shop but no package was received. Nag send ako package nung july 27, 2021 bakit hanggang ngaun august 10, 2021 wala pa dun yung package ko, need na ng pamangkin ko yung books pang online class! Ang sabi nyo 1-2days lang pero till now wala pa din dumadating na package dun!

I thought domestic packages should be expected within 24-48 hours 3rd day na today and still imamasage ako ng driver if pwede pa ideliver bukas? And nagtext den saken ang lbc na idedeliver today but sabe ng driver bukas na?

We sent the documents last July 26, 2021 @ LBC Galica II Mendez Cavite to Valenzuela City [protected]) It's been 14 days and the documents are still not there. Please help us! The document is important and urgent. We always follow up in LBC Mendez Cavite (your staff there is very rude) but no clear answer is given. We also msg and comment on facebook but still no response.

I would like to complain about my parcel which is send to wrong location
My sender drop my parcel last july 29 and until now I did not receive any.. I keep tracking it but they forward it to the wrong location not just once but twice. What kind of service is this! I pay 200+ for the delivery charge and yet the service is very poor, your staff is lack of knowledge they don't know how to make their job well, I wait for so long, and I need it urgent!
