My parcel document Ref # 181780409316 was sent from Masbate since May 5, 2025, should have been delivered on May 9 however it has been pending for pick by Quezon city Courier Delivery Team since then until now. I paid more than enough because I am expecting that it will be delivered within a week, but it has been 14 days and still pending for pickup. You are not meeting the deadline and I badly need the documents. I hope this can be addressed ASAP. Thank you and God bless

They took your money, promised delivery in days, and now it’s two weeks of “pending pickup” with zero movement — that’s not a delay, that’s a breakdown. You paid for speed, not limbo.
