I received a viber message from the LBC express that my parcel that i ordered from Amazon is on its way for delivery with tracking numbers as follows

I was so surprised to see the following messgae stating that I, the owner, has received the package well in fact I was waiting all the time for it to arrive.

Where did my package possibly go?

May I please follow-up my parcel with tracking number [protected], I informed the delivery man to delivery the following day, until now I havent received my parcel yet. You are hard to access in any social media forms.

The delivery man seems didn't know his job well, he said he will deliver the parcel the next day but today I just found out while talking to him that he report it as return to owner where in fact it was on his 1st attempt to deliver and agreed to deliver it the next day.

it was said that the package would be dropped at SM Romualdez St. Tacloban Downtown because they can't deliver through door to door, and I'm okay with it. I was informed that the courier would attempt to deliver on December 10 2023 so I got there and waited for almost 5 hours there and no one came. I tried reaching out to the rider but I failed to do so because he couldn't be reached. This is so disappointing, it's an important document and if it is lost it will affect my future. Please help me with this, I feel nervous.

I would like to please hear about the update on the boxes I sent September 7, 2023. I was expecting to receive it before Christmas! If you can please extend a little help!

I want to file a complaint regarding about a rider that tried to deliver my parcel yesterday 12/15/2023 wherein he did not text me at all and just called me multiple times as not letting me know who is he.

Is your delivery rider doesn’t have a phone etiquette because if yes this is disappointing if none maybe you need to re-train your delivery riders.

The delivery rider told me that I can just pick it up on a nearest branch right away and then now I went on LPC Pilar Village Branch 12/16/2023 I was advised that it will be delivered in afternoon.

It such a waste of time and your riders are incompentent for doing that kind of thing.

I sent a parcel from Mindanao to NCR last Dec 6, 2023. I was happy at first because upon checking at their online tracker after 3 days, my shipment is already out for delivery to my consignee. However, upon checking again on the 4th day, it says that my shipment is with a concern and that I should get in touch with their official customer channels. To make it short, my parcel is already overdue for its delivery and I have been keeping in touch with their customer service at least four times since Dec 10, 2023. As of this writing, my parcel that was sent last Dec 6, 2023 is not yet delivered to the consignee and already very long overdue in contrast to their promised 3 to 6 days delivery based on their website. And those are very important documents.

I send money last November 28, 2023 almost 2 weeks still my brother cannot get. 4x he went to SM BACOOR to claim the staffs said, system down. And they don't know when to resume. If system down, then why still ur accepting customers by all means. How come your system is accepting people who like to send. And there are so many alibi. We went to SAN NICOLAS 3, ALDRIN gave a mobile number but he will not answer a call only text message. He said to me to come back the following day because he needs to withdraw money from BDO. The branch budget is only 50k. The following day came, still he has so many alibi. I complaint to Barangay and now I'd like to complaint to DTI and TULFO also for the people to be aware of the modus operand of LBC EXPRESS, they are using the money of people. Our time, effort and disturbance you need to pay too, I will ask for compensation. I regret sending money thru LBC, it will be 1st and last. This never happened in WESTERN UNION and Cebuana to us.

Friday and until dec 4, 2023 there is no solution about this matter. It is an online money transfer from BPI to LBC. I cannot get my money because according to the staffs the server is still loading and processing which is very unreasonable at all. Your company and it's tagline should reflect to your services but how come? That money is for bills and rent. We have already the notice here. I need it as soon as possible. Today! This happened at Brgy. Quintin Salas jaro iloilo city.

My package is supposed to be delivered this week since November 11. The package arrived here in manila. The delivery address is caloocan, and when i tracked my package, i was shocked to see it was bound to davao. I have been calling them for 3 days now. Only they say to me that they will email a report on the forwarding team, and still, i dont have any update. I've been asking them why my package is going to davao while it was clearly written on the record and on the box that the address is on caloocan.

I walked in to claim my passport and the the two customer service representative were very rude.

I am not expecting them to give a full smile but at least be polite when talking to your customer. When asked their faces are too grumpy. Wouldn't communicate or give clear instruction.

Please let then understand of what customer servicr is all about. A little courtesy won't hurt. If not for our business they wouldn't be here/in this position.

I picked up a parcel last Nov9, 2023. They gave me 1 box. After a few days, the seller messaged me and informed me it was still for pick. She sent 2 boxes and I received only 1. I came back today, Nov14 for the second parcel. They asked me to wait and when the staff arrived, he claimed they received it just today. But the waybill indicates it was sent Nov6, together with the first box I claimed. They even dismissed my complaint as nothing. The boxes contained plants. And being in there for almost a week would kill them. I paid money for those plants plus shipping fee. Those were perishable items. Lying plus inadequate/ poor service. This happened in LBC branch waltermart Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija

Hi, i am adzimah from taman cheras jaya area. Recently i got a complaint from the pick up driver who claimed that my boxes are too heavy and i should not make it difficult for him to carry the boxes. So i wonder if there is any rules stating that customer cannot send heavy items that could effect the pick up service.

Is there any method that could help the pick up person to lift up customer's boxes into the lorry. As far as i concern, they use manual method (use their physical energy to lift up the box) which could endanger them for the long run, meanwhile me as customer also have right to send any items as long as not against rules. I hope LBC could come with alternative, at least provide manual forklift for your pick up driver.

Or else, please provide other pick up driver who will not make a fuss with customer's items.

I love using LBC service, and i hope this issue can be settled because i am going to use your services for more many years

Last year (2022) I ordered a balikbayan box to replace the one I was shipping. The loaded balikbayan box left but the replacement box did not arrive. it is now 1 year later and I still dont have that box. I would let that go since I bought another box to fill up for xmas. new year. After I filled it up I called (12 Oct 2023) LBC contractor to pick it up with all the info he wanted from me. 25 Oct 2023 I still havent gotten a call from him to when they will pick up the box. I called LBC hotline to complain (26 Oct 2023)... they said they will contact him to contact me... still no call. This is really bad service. I am now researching who the person in charge here in Ontario Canada so I can file a small claims lawsuit for service not rendered. Yes it will cost me me a few dollars but I truly hate being lied and cheated on. I think one year is enough of leeway to get some service,

The bottom of the box is opened and the red LBC tapes were loose.

I have sent 104 LBC boxes since 1/30/20

and this is the first time that the box I sent lost some items as shown below.

I have always been a long yak customer and most of the boxes I sent were received with no problems and delivered without any problem.

My receipt indicated that expected delivery date is October 6 to October 7, with tracking number 362315850600. I am trwcking my item thru their website and up to this date, it is still showing October 6, received wt Carmona Delivery team. I have file a complaint to their customer service numerous times and they would always tell me, check the status online and in the end, advised me to coordinate with the seller. This is the 2nd time that my item got missing and they are not holding themselves accountable with their poor customer service.

There has been no progress in the shipment since it reached the Legazpi delivery team on October 4, 2023.

Typically, deliveries to South Luzon take 20 days from departed from Singapore on September 24th, 2023, so I'm puzzled as to why my package has not arrived yet.

It's incredibly frustrating to learn that the package is currently located in Legaspi, which is just an hour's drive from Bicol, yet it has not been delivered up to this point.

I've been emailing to LBC but the only reply i got was Auto reply asking me to track the package.
