ask ko lang po kung kelan po namin ulit eto makukuha, wala po kaseng nagtetxt or nagmemesage sa sender at saamin po eto po yung resibo ng aming resibo.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding one of your associates, aelren catuiran, i don't know which branch is she under, for having an affair with my husband, john paul gameng of caocha cainta hub located at ortigas ave extension, cainta rizal. I cannot provide more details except that i was able to see her message to my husband's fb messenger calling him "babe". She message him twice calling him the same endearment. I remember that she also wanted to connect with me thru messenger way back, i just dont recall what year, without providing any reason.
I know that my explaination may not be enough, but i hope that you may be able to help me with this matter. I know LBC is a prestigious company upholding family values that's why i gained enough confidence to reach out your humble office

Napaka istrikta ng empleyado niyo sa Siaton Branch. Hindi naman ata kailangan mag maldita kapag may customer kayong nagpapatulong para mahanap ang location ng other branches na pagpapadalahan para ma pick up ng receiver ang padala in utmost convenient way. I've visited 2 LBC branches today, Balibago branch(Beside 7/11) and Dau Branch(BesidePuregold) and they failed to assist me in getting my money remmitance branch in balibago says they are under renovation and Dau branch representative states they don't have funds, like really? Remittance center without a fund? These branches doesn't seem to care on their customers and should be closed by now if they don't want to assist. I'll make sure to share this experience to my social media accounts and will make sure that my friends won't be using lbc anymore. Remittance center without a cash. What a shame!

I sent gifts for my family to cagayan de oro last 12/17/19 until now they didnt received yet .i let my mother to go to the nearest branch of lbc in our house SM UPTOWN to ask what's the problem what takes long to delivered they just answer my mom because of the valuable item inside.this is not the first time i sent a gadget from manila to cagayan de oro .kindly expedite this complain.i track yesterday again in your website it says it will delivered within the day But until now they my family didnt recieved it .and its Christmas time now.

The delivery man contacted me that they will arrive soon to my address they called me and i explained the direction to reach my address and also i texted thw number who called my address but didnt came. They called me at 4:45pm i wait till 6:30pm but nothing came then i received a message that they will deliver my package tomorrow because its already 6:30pm. But I tried to track my package then it says, didn't came and as per the tracker says

The staff was very inconsiderate. Staffs did not inform new customers like me that a note should atleast be written in the form to indicate the delivery mode that I want to be processed. I stated at the very beginning that the service that I need was cash on pick up. So one staff handed me a sticker form and let me fill out informations. The staff never mentioned to indicate a small note like (cop) at the side. So what i did was to simply wrote the asked infos from the form like fullname, contact number etc. After 2hrs of waiting because of the long lines and pending. I decided to leave my niece at the branch and wait for it to be processed. I needed to leave bc I also need to do some groceries upstairs and 2hrs of waiting was a waste of time already. Then everything was settled the statff processed it on my niece's presence. Until we went home that I realized that the staff processed a regular shipping instead of cop. So what we did was to book a grab on the way to the branch so it can be fixed as soon as it can before the store closes. As we went to the store and explain everything to the staff, he actually blamed me instead of apologizing. What he did was to void the process from the system and did not even fixed it before we go. He even suggested me to just come back the next day to reprocess it. Knowing that I went all the way from home and took a grab taxi just to make it on time before the store closes. He actually voided it successfully from the store's system that current time then why not reprocess it at the same time since I already made an effort to got back to store? It was the staff's fault because he did not guide appropriately a new customer like me. Ofcourse since I told at the very beginning that what i needed was a cash on pick up, i would assume that the given form to me was only for that service mode. And also he did not bother ask my niece what mode will be processed. He assumed that it was a regular mode and processed it directly without any confirmation. Pls do something because the inconvenince it gave brought me a lot of stress.

I received an update on November 8 that my order can't be delivered because the area is critical; it specifically said "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.". I went to the nearest LBC branch thinking that my package was dropped off there, but they said my package is still on hold, that I need to transfer it to pick up in the nearest LBC branch and change the address. I told the shipper to go to the LBC that picked up the package to directly change the address there, since that's what they said to me, but when she went there, they gave her an attitude and didn't even resolve our concern; they even told her to go to the hub to change the address.

I went to LBC to pick-up my package. There were only 2 customers in line when I arrived. They didn't even said to wait or something that could entertain a customer. I waited for about 10 -15 minutes for the two customers to be done. I kept on asking if they could prioritize me since I brought my child with me but they had no response. Until then, someone they knew came in and she was entertained first before me. I was so pissed off, the thought that I arrived first and I carried a child. They kept me wait for almost 15 minutes while they were doing some works with the packages. When they called my attention, my son was already having tantrums. I almost cried due to anger. I even said something to them that they should prioritize customers before anything else. It was so disappointing knowing that customers should be entertained right away and priority lane should have been imposed. I hope this complaint will be heard and could call out their attention. Employees like these should be reprimanded.
Due to my unavailability to bring the documents to my cousin, I had to send it via LBC on Dec 1. After two weeks, my cousin told me that they haven't received the docs yet. I followed up many times to the customer service thru messenger because no one answer me in the landline. Utang na loob naman, sana ininform niyo ko kung hindi niyo makita ung location. That document is now urgent tapos next week pa maibabalik sa pinagmulang branch?

I've been a client of yours for quite sometime now and using your brach here in mckinley hills. The average processing time i guess is processing the service is an hour or so. Imagine wasting our time. Should another provider available which will surely be, i will definitely transfer. I have been in the service industry and your services are the worst.
