Hi! The item delivered to my customer is damaged. The product was in good condition when I shipped it. I checked it twice before handing to LBC personnel. It was bubble wrap extensively to ensure it will not be broken. But when it reached my customer the sprayer is broken. Box has dent and wet already. That means the perfume leaked already. Perfume content has decreased. It was damaged during delivery handling. By the way, it was also delivered late. I have the photos of the item and tracking receipt.

I would like to raise a complain for this lbc with waybill number: [protected] which until now has not been delivered to the consignee address per attached waybill.
The delivery man contacted the consignee where to deliver because he brought with him in Lapu-Lapu. It is stated clearly in the consignee name the correct and exact address however until now it remains undelivered.
We are trying to call customer service several times but no answer 02-8858-5999. We tried to get other number and again given another number and another number but not successful.
Please attend to this immediately.

We have sent our items to our client thru LBC Balagtas under tracking# [protected] last January 3rd, it was received at LBC delivery port team north since January 6th. we wonder why until now the shipment is not yet delivered until now? I had inquired this to LBC Balagtas but they, ve told me they can do nothing for the delay. As as huge company, you should have customer service or undel team that should update the customers wtih the shipment status. Could you please assist to expedite delivery today.

lazada refund through lbc
I have been trying to withdraw my refund from Lazada with the amount of P2945via LBC remittance. The remittance number was emailed to me last December 26, 2019. From that date onwards I have been trying to withdraw the refund money but to no avail. The girls in the LBC store kept telling me that their system id offline and therefore could not process my request. They did tell me to try other branches which I did. I tried the Insular branch in Mandaue and Fooda Consolacion branch. Much to my disappointment and inconvenience they also had the same problem...System is offline.
It is very inconvenient for a customer to try again and again check when the system will be on line.

broken high end sony camera

I sent 2 jars of Ube Jam (with P500) declared value from Tuguegarao City to my girlfriend in Davao City. LBC staff did not put any fragile stickers on the parcel. When my girlfriend opened the parcel, the jars were broken (see attached video). Also, i opted for one day delivery since the parcel's contents were perishable. But it took almost a week to deliver. Please, at least refund the declared value. Thanks

I sent parcel from the UAE via Aramex with shipping ref [protected]. Apparently, LBC is the local delivery courier.
LBC failed to deliver 3x already for reason "no one is home". THIS IS ABSURD. The recipient, who is my wife's father, is at home the entire time since 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Dec, 1, 2 Jan.
I am apalled by your tracking mechanism; whenever we call your customer care, no one really cares. You are unable to traxe your delivery personnel in the field which I doubt they cannot be contacted while on delivery the entire day. Your customer service agent merely aplogize and take no action to track nor to update us.
Can we get proper escalation and resolution; why? Why? And when?

my parcel for my kid. from lazada online shopping was be delivered via lbc this day. lbc notified us that the it will be delivered within a day. my son was so happy finally his long wait is over. we almost waited the whole day. until night. then suddenly lbc has update us that the parcel was not yet succesfully delivered because our home is close and no one was there. really lbc?

No update since December 16, 2019. I have no idea where my order is, which is supposed-to-be a Christmas gift. I already contacted Xiaomi store but since the order is already passed to your company, the delay of delivery falls upon your company. we have couriered shipment from LBC Bigte-Norzagaray branch on 28_October_2019 and Delivery date mentioned as 29_October 2019. It is very disappointing to tell you that we have called and emailed customer care till date no response.
Upon tracking and following up on the status, latest update showing
Wed, 20 November 2019 image Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL - PENDING. Registered concern by calling Customer care and 4 times called for the follow-up and still the issue is unresolved.
The response from the LBC care team found utter care less and disappointing.
We appreciate immediate action on resolving the problem.
