adress is easy to find because it is warehouse.. base on lbc the parcel arrive but as I check on warehouse, the parcel still ddnt arrive. and the lbc team gave my parcel to a certain Renzwell which is very wrong coz ARJAY is the one written on the receipt as a receiver.. Please do some actions about my concern.. am counting on you because I admire the service of LBC

This particular branch ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM. Every time I visit this branch, it always has a certain problem from no connection to your system, to no boxes, it sometimes doesn't even have AC. The worst part is that it feels like it's the customers problem when IT SHOULDN'T BE. One time, it didn't have the meduim size parcel and the guy at the counter...

This serves as our formal complain on behalf of my company AFPRSBS, Camp Aguinaldo.
The document addressed to the undersigned, Ramir T Cruz, was sent by Penny Cruz from Waltermart Sta Rosa on 10 Dec 2019 (tracking number [protected]). Allegedly, said document was received by a guard on-duty name, SG Lanuza on 11 Dec 2019, as per LBC Tracking.
Considering the importance of the documents, the company inquired Mr Ramos, the Head of Security about the document. Mr Ramos stressed that no documents have been received on the date mentioned and in fact SG Lanuza was off-duty on the 11 Dec 2019, the date indicated wherein the shipment was received.
On Saturday, 14 December 2019, the documents in question was then delivered by LBC (Cubao Delivery Team 1).
In view of the above, we demand explanation on why based on LBC's record, the shipment was already delivered on 11 Dec 2019, wherein in fact, the documents remained in your possession on that time.
Where did you get the name of the guard who is off-duty on that time?
We consider this a very serious matter as the guard SG Lanuza might loose his job for the mistake he did not commit.
WE expect that LBC shall undertake neccessary actions regarding this incident.

Today I went to LBC SM Cebu Branch to claim the money sent to me. It was 4:07PM, I was glad that there were only few customers waiting (2-3 i guess). I went to the counter and filled out a claim form which i did immediately. After patiently waiting for almost an hour i went back to the counter to ask about my transaction since I've been waiting there for so long. When i got to the counter i was told that i did not filled out a transaction form and was ask to write again. After waiting for almost an hour i wasted my time for nothing because they lost my form and had to transact once again. If only they were that busy attending to many customers, i would have understood why it happened but they were not. there were only few customers one or two coming in and out from their office. I was furious because i wasted an hour for nothing and had to go through my transaction again. Im not asking to fire those employees for this mistake but i would want you to call their attention reprimand these people for not doing their job right. Because of this i would not want to recommend LBC to any of the people i know due to the inconvenience they caused me. I don't know if they value time but i hope they wont waste other people's time. Please improve your service this goes out to SM Cebu LBC Branch.

Tracking number [protected]. It was delivered Oct.30 but I already left Manila. I told the delivery guy that I will be out for 3 weeks. When I get back to Manila, I sent him a text message but he did not reply. I asked the sender the tracking number.I checked it and was delivered Nov.11 and 12 but I did not receive message that it will be delivered on that day. The status of my parcel is "Internal mail pending." I sent email from your customer care. I already contacted the sender to check it with the origin LBC branch and the sender told me that it will be mailed to me. But that was 8 days ago and still don't have a news about this. Can you please help me retrieve my parcel? Please advise what to do. I badly needed that parcel ASAP.

I am writing to complain about the abovementioned branch due to delay of returning my parcel to the place of origin. I sent my parcel at Barobo branch and received at Ozamiz branch last December 1, 2019 for pick-up, however, the person who will receive my package was already out of town so I opted to return it back instead. I went to Barobo branch to request for returning my parcel and to pay it but the staff told me to pay once they received the item. So I called the Ozamiz branch and told about the matter but what they told me was that they would not sent it back unless it was paid already. I told them multiple times that the Barobo branch would not allow me to pay first unless they have the item but the Ozamiz branch insisted they would not send it unless paid. I was frustrated about the service because it's been 2 weeks already but I still don't have the item. Is your return to sender policy not sychronized to all your branches? Please take an action tonthis matter.

Until today dec 10, the package has not arrived. Customer service cant even tell me why there is a delay and the package location and they cant even tell me the estimated date of delivery. Its unacceptable, lbc promises to deliver in 1-2 days. Its been four days, 5 tomorrow and still im left hanging in the air! Its not even holiday yet so dont give me this reason for the delay! I need that package to be delivered on time. JRS is waaaay better than you. LBC is no longer the same lBC before. This isnt the first time this happened! I will never transact woth lbc ever again after this!
late delivery of the document indicated in the official receipt
I am expecting a document from Isabela, Basilan PRO ARMM, with a tracking number [protected]. The said document was accepted and processed last Dec 6, 2019 by Mr Ramil Morales of the above mentioned LBC Branch. According to LBC Tracking it was received at Metro Manila on Dec. 8, 2019. Likewise, it was forwarded to Muntinlupa on Dec 9, 2019 and it was received on Dec. 9, 2019. However, I used this tracking system in the morning to see to it that the document is properly handled and delivered. I am expecting that the document will be received in the afternoon but in the end of Dec. 9, 2019 still futile. I made this letter to seek for an assistance for causing inconvenience and delays of the document causes so much trouble and agony. If may I request from your good office, If the aggrieved party is willing to file an appropriate charges against the concerned personnel that causes delays on the document. Where does the aggrieved party will seek help for the damage has been made due to its delay... I already coordinated with your good office through FB you could reach me and I am willing to file charges to personnel causes delays. I also tries several times to call the numbers indicated in the OR even its mobile numbers therein. But still futile. The mobile number were automatically drop a call when you try to call and the landline number were unattended. The numbers reflected in the OR is useless. Customers are looking forward that your company will provide good services. Because every transaction made by the customer is being paid in accordance to the rate set by your company. The money which being paid is hard earned money and yet, a sort of negligence of your personnel will causes delays of forwarding the needed document despite it was indicated in the OR that the said document will be received on Dec. 9, 2019. I am looking forward on this matter.

Today, December 7, 2019, around 9 or 10 in the morning, nagkaroon ng robbery sa branch niyo sa Sto. Niño, Meycauayan, Bulacan. I'm complaining on behalf of my relative na nanakawan din. Kasama siya sa mga nahold-up. I know di niyo gusto yung nangyare pero I hope you take responsibility for your customers and sa mga bagay na nawala sa kanila na valuable sa kanila, lalo na nasa loob sila ng premises niyo. Kulang sa security and safety yung customers niyo that time. I hope you secure more and ensure the safetiness of your branches, staffs, and most specially your customers.
very disrespectful personnel
My name is anna panganiban, i went to lbc presidents avenue bf homes branch. I got a qeue number and i was supposed to be next. When this Gerwin Lucas entertained another person who just entered and is not even a senior citizen. The process should be to call out numbers and ask this new customer to get a qeue. I told gerwin dapat ganun ginawa mo and he kept answering back giving out his alibi. Sabi ko aminin mo na nagkamali ka at humingi ka ng sorry. It was hard for him to say pasensya na. Wala he did not say anything. When i still told him so ako na ang mali? He stared at me. And sa init ng ulo ko i just dropped the box of my shipment in front of him. He was so annoying that he did not stop to answer back at me! I remember that i complained about this person in one of my surveys in another branch. I remember his name. Same scenario. Cant you do anything with these kind of people? Di ba kayo nag bibigay ng courtesy programs? Customer service kayo dapat kayo humihingi ng pasensya. I admire the other girl Daisy. She was the one who asked for pasensya for this person and i thanked her. Ako na din ang humingi ng sorry sa gerwin nakakahiya naman sa kanya customer pa ang nagkakamali. Sya siguro may ari ng lbc. Kaya magaling sya. And sya ang tama. Sana may mangyari sa report ko. I hope not because malaki ang lbc dapat tinuturuan pa din ang mga tao. I know andun manager nila, he or she didnt show up to reprimand this person.

bills payment
I am complaining about LBC Express, Masangkay Branch, Manila, Philippines. On Dec 7, 2019, I was about to make a bill payment at LBC Express. There are only 3 customers in the store including myself. Two of them were to ship package and one of them was already on the counter packing the package.
I filled up the form and submitted to the employee whom asked me to sit and wait. There were 2 counters but only one of them was active. The other counter had employee sitting but basically did nothing.
I had to wait for more than 1 hour to had my bills paid. In between wait, a new customer came and went directly to the inactive counter and he was attended and made his transaction. He didn't even bother to attend my form.
I asked them about my turn and they only asked me to wait and told me that they had many customers in line before me despite there were only two customers there. They didn't smile at all despite the slogan of LBC. Friendly is clearly not something they should be proud of.
I eventually made my payment and was very upset with the service. None of them even bother to apologize or showed their regret for their service.
I will definitely never use the service of LBC again because of this. I hope that this reach your attention and you can address the issue.

i went to lbc waltermart branch in san fernando pampanga at about 6 pm the lady employee i asked for her name Jane ( not sure of the spelling) needs a little bit of customer service training. Just a gist of what transpired at about 6pm in the evening. i was waiting for my turn. she seem a little bit of not in the mood. i asked her couple of times if she wants the tracking number so to make it easier for her she did not reply nor did she acknowledge that i even offered. but of course i insisted so i gave her d number. i think she was in a slow paced slow mo kind of world when she was doing her thing checking my parcel and all. I waited patiently till it's time for her to make me sign the docs. i asked her where i could locate the tracking number so i could verify. and she didnt even acknowledge that i asked her something. she repeatedly command me to sign the form double tap the blank i need the sign. but i refused because i needed to check the trackjng number i asked again thats when she answered. after i signed the first parcel she flipped the page and pointed again and told me to sign impatiently tapping d space where i should sign. but i was keeping my calm and goodness it is a blessing that i only have 3 parcels and 3 docs to sign otherwise i would have flared up. no bigg deal but as a customer and if she's nit happy what she's doing i guess she should not be a frontliner. it seems she need a lot of coaching. if i have to rate that branch based on the employees i would have to think twice on even giving you a 5. anyway regards and more power to your company. just a luttle heads up to your team just a lot of coaching sessions to make good quality service.

Bakit wala pa po akong claim number na natatangap na text para makuya yung payment ng COP sa dalawang transaction ko last November 27. Pag e trace yung parcel is Ready to pick-up na. E na claim na po ng reciever yung item at nka pag baayd na cya duon. Nakuja nya yung parce November 30 pa, until now di ko a makuha-kuha yung pera kasi walang claiming #.

Yes, so nag order ako nang cherry mobile cellphone and it happened that it is just also an order from my neighbor since she doesn't know how to purchase online. I received a text message from LBC twice to prepare the money and I waited for those times but when I checked the status of my package, it says delivered. So may kababalaghan bang nangyayari sa loob nang opisina nyo kung sino ang magka enteres, anytime makaka grab nang mga orders namin? It happened to me twice pero binaliwala ko lang nung una. now nag order ako uli and ang tagal ma forward ha, dumating sa butuan branch nang dec 2 and i found out na same date pa nila binayaran kaya siguro naka hold pa yung isa ko. or baka ma interesan na naman? BAYUGAN BRANCH ang pjnakamalapit ko but the package is still in butuan since dec. 2. pakilinaw sa mga staffs nyo na wag magnakaw. nakakainis at di nalang sila mag order nang kanila? hassle huh!
