i went to lbc waltermart branch in san fernando pampanga at about 6 pm the lady employee i asked for her name Jane ( not sure of the spelling) needs a little bit of customer service training. Just a gist of what transpired at about 6pm in the evening. i was waiting for my turn. she seem a little bit of not in the mood. i asked her couple of times if she wants the tracking number so to make it easier for her she did not reply nor did she acknowledge that i even offered. but of course i insisted so i gave her d number. i think she was in a slow paced slow mo kind of world when she was doing her thing checking my parcel and all. I waited patiently till it's time for her to make me sign the docs. i asked her where i could locate the tracking number so i could verify. and she didnt even acknowledge that i asked her something. she repeatedly command me to sign the form double tap the blank i need the sign. but i refused because i needed to check the trackjng number i asked again thats when she answered. after i signed the first parcel she flipped the page and pointed again and told me to sign impatiently tapping d space where i should sign. but i was keeping my calm and goodness it is a blessing that i only have 3 parcels and 3 docs to sign otherwise i would have flared up. no bigg deal but as a customer and if she's nit happy what she's doing i guess she should not be a frontliner. it seems she need a lot of coaching. if i have to rate that branch based on the employees i would have to think twice on even giving you a 5. anyway regards and more power to your company. just a luttle heads up to your team just a lot of coaching sessions to make good quality service.

Bakit wala pa po akong claim number na natatangap na text para makuya yung payment ng COP sa dalawang transaction ko last November 27. Pag e trace yung parcel is Ready to pick-up na. E na claim na po ng reciever yung item at nka pag baayd na cya duon. Nakuja nya yung parce November 30 pa, until now di ko a makuha-kuha yung pera kasi walang claiming #.

Yes, so nag order ako nang cherry mobile cellphone and it happened that it is just also an order from my neighbor since she doesn't know how to purchase online. I received a text message from LBC twice to prepare the money and I waited for those times but when I checked the status of my package, it says delivered. So may kababalaghan bang nangyayari sa loob nang opisina nyo kung sino ang magka enteres, anytime makaka grab nang mga orders namin? It happened to me twice pero binaliwala ko lang nung una. now nag order ako uli and ang tagal ma forward ha, dumating sa butuan branch nang dec 2 and i found out na same date pa nila binayaran kaya siguro naka hold pa yung isa ko. or baka ma interesan na naman? BAYUGAN BRANCH ang pjnakamalapit ko but the package is still in butuan since dec. 2. pakilinaw sa mga staffs nyo na wag magnakaw. nakakainis at di nalang sila mag order nang kanila? hassle huh!

On Dec. 1, 2019, LBC located at SM Baguio was late for almost 2 hours. We were there at 10:00 am and they just opened their store at 11:45 am, thinking that their branch is in the mall.

Another incident is that on my receipt, it says that my documents will be picked up on Dec. 1, 2019. We went there Dec. 1 in the morning, and they said it will still arrive at 5:30 pm. We just decided to come back again on Dec. 2 in the morning, and again they said that it will still arrive at 5:30 pm onwards. We wasted money, time, and effort. I hope that the pick-up date MUST be strictly followed. I badly needed my documents and it is in a rush for my application. There are already a lot of complaints in your company. I hope your company will improve your service because you're a courier company. If you continue your poor service, you'll lose customers.

magandang araw po sa inyo lahat team LBC Dec. 1 po may parcel po kami from Bulacan under the sender of Ms.Joanna F. Bicas And receiver Ms. Melissa Anne A. Vargas but until now parcel not yet came and we contact the customer service san fernando brach sabi samin 11 am out na for delivery pero wla pa dumating nag bayad kami sa tamang amount pero ang service po ay napaka bagal

I paid for an express delivery service of a document parcel at BD 24.000 sent on 17 Nov. 2019 from LBC Bahrain. It was an urgent required document from the Embassy. Express delivery is within 3-5 working days. Until 2 Dec. 2019 the package is not delivered. I contacted LBC Bahrain to ask for assistance but they ignored my calls and messages.

This is an entirely poor costumer service from LBC Bahrain!

My package was send to Lbs branch far from us. Which is Curonsio, Pasig.
We live at Pasay City.
I requested your Metro point Pasay to tranfer my package to the the nearest branch. But untill now I do not receive any message or notice.
I been trying to contact both branch!
But no replies were made.

I would like to file a written formal complaint regarding a Balikbayan box from my aunt, Emilia S. Del Rosario in Las Vegas, which is sent to my dad, Pascual L. Sabalvaro, Jr. here in the province of Oriental Mindoro. We had received the box last November 27th. Attached here is the copy of the receipt that we got with Bill Lading Tracking Number [protected] and list of items that should be inside the box. We had noticed that some of the listed items were actually missing, such as the 40 pieces of clothes, 6 towels and a pair of slippers. Attached here are the images of what some of your staffs in LBC had done to the box. They had cut the side part of it, had entirely opened it, which is unacceptable since some of the listed items on the receipt were missing.

Your quick response and action pertaining to this urgent matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Ask ko lang I was tracking my delivery and the status said "shipment issue, please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels"

I am complaining about the item that lbc san pablo laguna failed to dispatch! i already have 3 tracking numbers due to failed to deliver for multiples times. Pano ba magdeliver mga delivery man nyo? once is enough but failed to deliver for 3 times in a row? aba may problema yang delivery man nyo...If i can only choose the courier kaso ung banko ung pumipili ng courier! Sobrang detailed na ng address bakit di nyo mahanap hanap un address eh along the highway lang naman ung address!

Been waiting for my BDO CC to be delivered. The first time I received a message from BDO with tracking number was midweek October but it was undelivered due to house closed as per the delivery record which is very unacceptable! It was return to origin and BDO made a re delivery request with new tracking number [protected] and this time reason for unsuccessful delivery is due to recipients address cannot be located (so lame excuses and [censored]! ). Why other couriers like ninja van and JRS were able to locate my address and LBC cannot! It is just so frustrating...I even tried calling customer care but nobody answers...I don't want my ITEM to be return to origin this time so please do something about it...Delivery team can call my number [protected]...
