On Dec. 1, 2019, LBC located at SM Baguio was late for almost 2 hours. We were there at 10:00 am and they just opened their store at 11:45 am, thinking that their branch is in the mall.
Another incident is that on my receipt, it says that my documents will be picked up on Dec. 1, 2019. We went there Dec. 1 in the morning, and they said it will still arrive at 5:30 pm. We just decided to come back again on Dec. 2 in the morning, and again they said that it will still arrive at 5:30 pm onwards. We wasted money, time, and effort. I hope that the pick-up date MUST be strictly followed. I badly needed my documents and it is in a rush for my application. There are already a lot of complaints in your company. I hope your company will improve your service because you're a courier company. If you continue your poor service, you'll lose customers.

I paid for an express delivery service of a document parcel at BD 24.000 sent on 17 Nov. 2019 from LBC Bahrain. It was an urgent required document from the Embassy. Express delivery is within 3-5 working days. Until 2 Dec. 2019 the package is not delivered. I contacted LBC Bahrain to ask for assistance but they ignored my calls and messages.
This is an entirely poor costumer service from LBC Bahrain!

The service booking was made on October 28th 2019. We were told the pick-up would be with in a month. A follow up phone call was made to confirm the service would happen on November 19th - but no collection has yet been made. The box is waiting at GB Liners, Holmer Road, Hereford. HR4 9RU. I would like to file a written formal complaint regarding a Balikbayan box from my aunt, Emilia S. Del Rosario in Las Vegas, which is sent to my dad, Pascual L. Sabalvaro, Jr. here in the province of Oriental Mindoro. We had received the box last November 27th. Attached here is the copy of the receipt that we got with Bill Lading Tracking Number [protected] and list of items that should be inside the box. We had noticed that some of the listed items were actually missing, such as the 40 pieces of clothes, 6 towels and a pair of slippers. Attached here are the images of what some of your staffs in LBC had done to the box. They had cut the side part of it, had entirely opened it, which is unacceptable since some of the listed items on the receipt were missing.

I am complaining about the item that lbc san pablo laguna failed to dispatch! i already have 3 tracking numbers due to failed to deliver for multiples times. Pano ba magdeliver mga delivery man nyo? once is enough but failed to deliver for 3 times in a row? aba may problema yang delivery man nyo...If i can only choose the courier kaso ung banko ung pumipili ng courier! Sobrang detailed na ng address bakit di nyo mahanap hanap un address eh along the highway lang naman ung address!

Been waiting for my BDO CC to be delivered. The first time I received a message from BDO with tracking number was midweek October but it was undelivered due to house closed as per the delivery record which is very unacceptable! It was return to origin and BDO made a re delivery request with new tracking number [protected] and this time reason for unsuccessful delivery is due to recipients address cannot be located (so lame excuses and [censored]! ). Why other couriers like ninja van and JRS were able to locate my address and LBC cannot!
