I've been sending orders to my customers via LBC's COP or COD and I always track those shipments but your online track and trace is not updated most of the time. Some of my buyers are not getting it because i am unaware if the shipment is already there in the location so i cant advise them. Lbc dont even bother informing my customers if the item they've ordered are ready for pick up. Where is your customer service there? Update your online track and trace real time and text the recipient of the parcel.

Hi, I am Nicole Cua, and I had an item delivered from Munoz, Quezon City to Baliuag, Bulacan last January 10, 2020 and it was just received today, January 13, 2020. Upon opening the package, the receiver complained that the edge of the plastic box I sent was broken and cracked.

I was assured that the item will not be damaged during the delivery. This is my first time to use LBC and I am very disappointed with the outcome.

I want just compensation for the damaged goods.

The item I purchased was supposed to be delivered last January 8, 2020. As I checked the tracking status the details state that "We tried to deliver your shipment but house was closed and no one was there." This was for Jan 8 (Wednesday). I was at home the whole day waiting and it was impossible for me to ignore the courier's arrival. Truth is no courier arrived. The same happened the next day, Jan 9 (Thursday). No courier arrived but the tracking status pointed out the same reason for failed delivery, "We tried to deliver...but house was closed...no one was there" which was a lie considering I've been waiting the whole day last Thursday for the courier. On Friday, January 10, 2020, I tried calling the numbers of the three LBC Express Los Banos branches and wasted my time and load because their lines were either busy, "Try calling again later", or in one particular branch (Robinsons Townmall), it did ring but no one's answering. I then decided to just send an email to their "customercare" but my message remained unanswered. My last resort was to vent my frustrations in their Facebook page. I sent them a PM but no one in-charge of the page replied...not until I gave a comment in one of their posts. I did get a reply for my comment and because of this my PM got answered by a standard reply of "subject for redelivery today". Sadly, still no packaged arrived yesterday, Jan 10 (Friday). It's already Saturday and no courier arrived. I'm getting impatient and annoyed with LBC's very poor service.

I want you to clarify something for me. I tracked my order earlier today because I have not received it but why does the tracking information show that it has been delivered/released to a man named Zaldo? I am fuming right now. What was supposed to be a birthday gift is now lost in transit or may have been delivered to the wrong person! Investigate this issue now. The tracking number is 173249029052.

I was told that my box is scheduled for pickup BETWEEN the hours of 10:00-14:00 Of January 09, 2020. Around 9 am, your driver phoned 2x and since I knew the pick up will be between 10 am, someone got the box reAdy by that time since iam from night shift too. Unfortunately, your driver left 2 voicemails, yelling on me and accidentally caught SWEARING on the voicemail. I tried calling back the driver and he was not even picking up. Now I should be the one responsible for the delay? The behaviour of the said driver is not acceptable and is surely a form of verbal abuse and misconduct that I wouldnt let it pass. Kindly check on this matter.

Furthermore, when you guys give us a span of time or for the day there are instances that your drivers dont even arrive for those days without even letting us know. Which cost us time and the rest of our day. So why would they even rush OUTSIDE the alloted time they gave?

Hi! The item delivered to my customer is damaged. The product was in good condition when I shipped it. I checked it twice before handing to LBC personnel. It was bubble wrap extensively to ensure it will not be broken. But when it reached my customer the sprayer is broken. Box has dent and wet already. That means the perfume leaked already. Perfume content has decreased. It was damaged during delivery handling. By the way, it was also delivered late. I have the photos of the item and tracking receipt.

We have been waiting for almost more than 2 hours here philand drive tandansora branch and still not been serve both of them have been working for just 1 client for to long they should be working for one agent one customer not for one customer two agents it takes a lot of time for them to service just one client they should be changing it so that everyone will be serve

I sold my camera sa buyer then pinadala ko thru lbc yung 40, 000 worth (declared value) na sony a7s camera, nagvideo ako bago ipasok sa box ng lbc to make sure na ok ang unit for buyers security, then pag dating sa lbc lipa batangas branch nov.6, 2019 nagreklamo yung buyer kc sira ang lcd ng camera, ngayon naka ilang email nako sa inyo LBC puro reply na "we will make sure ewan" wala naman nangyayari, tapos sa ilang calls ko, sabi nyo tatawag kayo pero hindi nyo ko makontak sa 4 numbers na binigay ko! landline and cp, for what ba yung call na yan from lbc? isang call lang ba pag hindi sumagot wala ng call or any updates? BAKIT WALA PA DIN UPDATE FOR 2 MONTHS?

I sent 2 jars of Ube Jam (with P500) declared value from Tuguegarao City to my girlfriend in Davao City. LBC staff did not put any fragile stickers on the parcel. When my girlfriend opened the parcel, the jars were broken (see attached video). Also, i opted for one day delivery since the parcel's contents were perishable. But it took almost a week to deliver. Please, at least refund the declared value. Thanks

I sent parcel from the UAE via Aramex with shipping ref [protected]. Apparently, LBC is the local delivery courier.

LBC failed to deliver 3x already for reason "no one is home". THIS IS ABSURD. The recipient, who is my wife's father, is at home the entire time since 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Dec, 1, 2 Jan.

I am apalled by your tracking mechanism; whenever we call your customer care, no one really cares. You are unable to traxe your delivery personnel in the field which I doubt they cannot be contacted while on delivery the entire day. Your customer service agent merely aplogize and take no action to track nor to update us.

Can we get proper escalation and resolution; why? Why? And when?

my parcel for my kid. from lazada online shopping was be delivered via lbc this day. lbc notified us that the it will be delivered within a day. my son was so happy finally his long wait is over. we almost waited the whole day. until night. then suddenly lbc has update us that the parcel was not yet succesfully delivered because our home is close and no one was there. really lbc?

we waited you the whole day waiting for nothing! so dissappointed with the service.
