I have been 2 mornings in a roll and the order has been wrong. The first morning I did not check my bag but when I got to work I noticed my sandwich was wrong. I asked for a # 3 which is a bacon egg I got egg sausage. That went in the garbage because I dont like sausage. so I thought ok I will give them one more try. The next day (this morning) I ordered a # 3 with cheese and a large Vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla and a glass of ice. I get to the window and pay $11.31) the lady hands me a small little bag and says thank you and went to shut the window. I told her that was not all I ordered I told her what I had order she said oh you didnt pay for a meal and ask if I wanted to buy a hash brown . I told her this had made two days in a roll my order has been wrong and she shut the window on me like I didnt even matter. I final got my coffee and it was not what I ordered it did not have the extra vanilla it was so bitter I had to dump it when I got to work. So I wasted 11.31 plus the money from the sandwich I thru away the day before. Money i work hard for. I totally understand working around the public can be hard I do it every day. But at no point is being rude an exception. They never once said Im sorry let me fix this for you. I am not the only person that has been complaining about our Lancaster Dairy queen. It was really good when it first opened but now it has went down hill with there service. Kendra Hall
