On 4/1/2025 I went to a laboratory to leave an H pylori Breath Test and Labcorp invoiced (in December 2025) this test against my sister-in-law's name and insurance, because apparently the doctor order had my birth of date wrong.
I tried several times to get to a resolution with Labcorp representatives and the only solution they found was for me, the patient, to call the doctor and the insurance to fix this issue.
Labcorp didn't checked the doctor order when they registered the test, they didn't called when the issued the invoice and they decided to invoice someone who is not responsible for this issue.

Desired outcome: I want for the invoice that is issued against my sister-in-law to be credited and for the test to be invoiced against my name and my insurance
