This app is so helpful! This is a must have if you are a Piedmont patient or are looking for a doctor in the Atlanta, Athens or Columbus areas. It makes scheduling appointments and getting indoor directions at the hospitals so easy!

Piedmont Now is well designed, easy to use and works great from my home to my doctor’s office. I can save my spot and get directions right back to where I parked. Recommend to anyone going to Piedmont’s offices or urgent care clinics

The care I have received from the physicians has been above and beyond, and I am very grateful to each staff member along the way, and I thanked them all especially Dr. Will. He’s been very kind, very compassionate, and I also am very fond of Dr. Burka.

None of the action buttons work on My Chart. They do nothing. Wants me to update my contact info. Nothing happened when I press update. Wants me to schedule an appointment. Nothing happens when I press the button to do it.
Why did this app get created?

I love how the app keeps up with all of my visits and Keeps Track of preventive services and recommends visits I should be aware of because of my age. The Test results come right to my App and they are very detailed. Because of this App I’m on top of my Health.

Many features work as designed, but unlike other providers I’ve used, there is no support for linking test results, vitals, etc to Apple Health. This is especially disappointing because this exact feature is touted in the App Store description. I’d love for this to be added!

You should be able to remove or unsend messages because when let’s say you’re volatile or hormonal and say something you regret or tell too much of your business for everyone to see, you should be able to properly delete conversations. this whole system is an invasion of privacy. Fix it.

I am for the most part pleased with the portal what I would like is an ability to see a map of location of different units location within a building for instance 1199 Prince Ave., Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Access to CT Scan, X-ray images etc.
Ability to print out results.
These would be helpful.

I tried for over 30 minutes to book an appointment on this app. It just keeps saying it can’t do it and to call the Urgent care. I have called the urgent care over 5 times and no one will answer. So frustrating. Also to sign up on “My Chart” you need a code. I never received a code when I was at Urgent Care and there is no way to contact anyone to get my code. So frustrating!

It is a good app thanks to virtual visits and appointment scheduling but the health records are only helpful if I ONLY go to Piedmont for everything for life. It doesn’t share to Apple Health so I can see a consolidated history of all health organizations. It claims to link to Apple Health but that’s one-way, sharing from Apple to Piedmont MyChart, NOT sending MyChart results to Apple Health. Emory Blue Portal and even Emory MyChart can do it. Piedmont should modernize then I’ll give it 5 stars.

I like to use MyChart to review the information after each Dr’s Visit. Whenever I have Lab and Diagnostic tests done I am able to carefully read and research the findings to prepare questions for my Drs on ALL follow-up visits to make sure I understand my diagnoses, I Love the fact that all of the results become available on the App the same day and I don’t have to worry a lot waiting for the Staff to call me with results, and if it’s anything that I can not remember during my Dr’s visit I can look back at the notes

While the doctors may be great and all, this app seems to have been written as part of a middle school coding project.

First, it is written for phones. But if you have an Android tablet or an iPad, you get this little dinky window in which to key in your information. Even the keyboard is miniaturized. App dev is pretty simple in relation to providing a landscape option for tablets and a portrait application for phones. Piedmont’s app developers (probably contractors in another country) haven’t yet figured this out.

And then the data you enter. OMG! They ask you what state you live in, and you select it. Then for some unknown reason, you have to enter in your county. But instead of a drop down of just the counties in your state, you get a list of every county in the country.

And then to verify you, they send you to some unnamed verification site which asks among other things, what astrological sign you are. No, I’m not kidding. You’ve already keyed in your birthday so the app is too stupid to figure out your astrological sign to help verify you? Even if it was a scammer using a fake birthday, they could easily look up which astrological sign goes with that birthday

My take? Just use the website. The app was a waste of money that Piedmont will recoup by charging us more for medical services and it was a waste of time to download and use the app.

I’d like to say “nice try Piedmont”, but it wasn’t even a nice try!

Hard yo find information if appointments or past appointments

There are about 4 UrgentCares near me- the app shows zero, and zero in the entire state of Georgia for that matter.

Like the title says, online booking wouldn’t work and when I called I was told I had to book online or just ‘show up.’

I know piedmont Columbus is in this app but the search will Not find any of the Columbus facilities or departments. Wast of time.

There have been several attempts to schedule an appointment and I have been unable to proceed to next page after choosing facility and preferred time slot.

Whatever update was recently finished has made the app unusable and impossible to log into. I can log in on the computer, so I know my info is correct. FIX YOUR APP

I installed this app in September for My Chart convenience. It worked great the first couple of days and now when I log in I keep getting server error messages. Very frustrating.

I tried to book on line but the app requires me to search Each day and says no appointments available. Isn’t there a way to query out 3 months ahead? So much easier to book my follow up at check out!

Bill pay doesn’t use face recognition, it doesn’t even remember your log in ID. If you choose to look at the invoice on the app instead of blindly paying a bill you are forced to re log in after viewing.

It keeps saying there was a problem communicating with the server when I try to login with the app but I get notifications saying I have a new message but I can’t open the app like y’all need to fix it or get rid of the app ‍♀️
