LabCorp review: Customer service

Following a doctors appointment (on Sept 21st, 2026), I went directly to the Crestview, Florida, Labcorp for a Complete Bloodwork Panel. I am a 71 yr old male, and I was already fasted. Unknowingly, I arrived only 3 minutes before they closed for the day. They asked me to come back, and an appointment would not be necessary. That was not a problem at all.
On Sept 23rd, I returned to LabCorp for the Blood Panel Testing. I went to the front counter and I informed the man (who was the same man I saw on the 21st) that I returned for the Lab work. I told him that I did not have an appointment and asked if he would check me in. He told me to check in at the kiosk, and that Id have to provide my drivers license, and my 3 insurance cards. I told him that I was already enrolled in the system which already had all of my information. Again, I asked if he would check me in. He flatly refused and told me to check in at the kiosk. He would not explain to me why I had to provide all of the information again.
I believed that he was refusing to help me because I am a senior citizen, and didnt believe that I would file a complaint. He was very rude, and not one time would he look me in the eye. I would like to warn other senior citizens that they do not have to condone this type of behavior and rudeness from LabCorp employees.
I decided not to have the Lab Work done because I no longer trust LabCorp to treat senior citizens with respect.
It must be noted that a Nurse did offer to help me at the Kiosk, but the man behind the counter refused to tell my why I must duplicate the information LabCorp already had on me. There have been no changes, and I did not trust because of his refusal to explain. He only ordered me to comply.
