Love My *** service was very slow my appt was 1pm I saw Dr about 2:40 answered all my questions but I felted rushed after waiting so long.
They are so nice I love them ladies and very approachable.

Not professional. Won't keep appointments scheduled, sends text regarding rescheduling without reasoning. Charges exorbitant fees per page to get records even if emailed. Will not return calls. Makes patients receive unnecessary treatments. Long wait time, then rushed during appointment. I have asked for management to contact me and have not received a response. They will not provide me with my records to take my care to a different facility.
Everything was great when we were paying them our out of pocket expenses. We actually overpaid them, and they explained they would get us a reimbursement check for 500 dollars. It could take several days. This was mid-April. We called mid-May to check up, and they sent us to a billing extension where nobody is available. We left a voicemail, and they take three to four days to call back. After the call back and the end of the waiting period, we were rudely told to be patient as it can take 60 days and it hadn't been sent yet. It's now over 90 days, so my girlfriend and I reached back out, but were told it was sent, but we never received it. The date she said it was sent was almost a week before she told us, rather rudely, about it being 60 days and it hadn't been sent. The check was sent to the front desk office of our main apartment complex where it was never received. Our complex confirmed they never received anything, or they would have notified us. We're already about to have our baby, in an entirely different state. More than 90 days have gone by. It hasn't been sent or received. They were supposed to reach out today, and never did. If I call and don't get this rectified, I'll be seeking legal assistance.

I have been seen by all of the ladies at this practice and not one of them has disappointed me yet. From the delivery of the now 16 year old son to the major and minor surgeries that I have had with this office I have received good old TLC. I would not trust my healthcare with anyone else.

I have been a patient for over 10 years, and FABEN Obstetrics & Gynecology did my DaVinci Hysterectomy in 2013, and I have had many visits since then. I got a voicemail for my annual appointment, and then I called back to schedule one, but some woman on the phones says now I need a referral due to new insurance. I had the same insurance when I did a telemedicine appointment in 12, but now I need a referral. What the heck? All these doctors do anything to scam us out of our money. Shame on you!

I have been a patient here at FABEN Obstetrics & Gynecology for over 7 years now and I have to say the providers are the best! I usually see Dr. Smith, however I've seen all of the providers as well as the nurse practitioners and they are all amazing. They take the time to listen to you and your concerns and genuinely care. The medical assistants are also very nice and helpful. Having to have an ultrasound added on to my visit went very smooth, they were able to get me in without a long wait. I highly recommend FABEN Obstetrics & Gynecology for all your OB/GYN needs.

You feel welcome as soon as walking through the doors. The staff is friendly and kind. The place is super clean! My Dr I see is so patient and helpful. She goes over every single thing that could be an issue. I recently had surgery and she went over every single detail with me and my family before and after surgery. The people here make you feel like you are part of their family. Its a wonderful practice and I recommend them to everyone I know. My girls will be joining their practice here soon as well! Keep up the good work!

My first experience here was outstanding from check in through check out. I was very anxious as I had not seen a gynecologist since my doctor of many years passed away. The staff at FABEN Obstetrics & Gynecology was very kind and is supporting me in my efforts to get my health care back on track. The office is very serene and inviting, and all treatment areas are immaculate. While this may not seem important to some, the white robes instead of the scratchy paper gowns is a game changer. I plan to be a Faben patient for years to come. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience and putting me at ease. This is how all women's health care experiences should be.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you don't mind being bait and switched!They make you think one of their doctors is going to be at the birth and instead I got a midwife (whom I had never met with before) with bad bedside manner who took an hour to sew me up (and left a piece hanging!) and didn't alert any of the staff that I hemorrhaged causing major issues later, where my husband thought I was dying. The week before my appt I was in the lobby and heard a woman on the phone complaining that she had been sewn up wrong and I wrote it off. I wish I hadn't. My second child I ended up going to a birthing center where the midwives actually cared about me and the process was sooo much nicer.This place is horrible, huge bait and switch. You're just $ to them.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. I rcvd a phone call about scheduling my annual visit and they stated that they needed me to pay off my balance before I was able to be scheduled. I explained to the manager that I have been making payments when I am able to based on my finances that I have available. She refused to schedule me even though they are able to see that I was making payments to the file and not just ignoring the bill. I am forced to look for a different doctor which I don't like switching doctors too much and was not willing to work with me until the balance was paid in full which I cannot afford to do with the balance being so high since I'm not only paying their bill but also the lab charges that are also being sent to me for over $150. She did not care weather I was able to make a payment or not just was focused on the money aspect. I will never recommend anyone to this office.

Dr. Jennifer P was recommended to me by my sister. I scheduled my appointment, was on time, and the staff was friendly. I was escorted to the examination room upon which I waited almost an hour past my appointment time for the doctor to come in and see me for less than 20 minutes. I had a follow-up, again, same thing, except this time, I waited 30 minutes and informed them I work from home and I have to get back. At that point, they checked with the doctor and she stated it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. At that point, I asked if the information could be uploaded to the patient portal upon which I was not given an answer. They then asked if a tele patient call would suffice, at which point I said it was fine, but I'm not going to pay another copay because the doctor was running behind again. At that point, they stated they would waive it as it was a part of my appointment today and they would call to schedule the call. They then called me the same day saying I would have to pay as the person I spoke to was incorrect in extending me that. This by far has to be the worst patient service I have ever received at a facility and I will advise anyone I know not to use this facility or Dr.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest!
Completely unprofessional and dishonest! My wife was dropped from their care for refusing to get a voluntary test! Wasn't even informed of the test until an hour after leaving the appointment because Ms. Key, one of the nurse practitioners, failed to mention it in person. Additionally, that same appointment my wife had an extremely rude ultrasound technician who asked my wife to remove her pants with no cover and also LIED about our baby appearing to be fine but was later informed by the nurse practitioner the ultrasound tech was unable to see our baby's heart, legs, gender, hands and feet. My wife was 20 weeks along at this point and the ultrasound technician should have seen ALL of the items missed above! For this reason, my wife was referred to ROC for an echocardiogram and further evaluation. Upon arrival to ROC two weeks later, she was informed no referral came in from Faben for an echocardiogram. We have tried contacting Faben for weeks now to get further explanation as to why she was dropped and to tell our side of the story but Ms. [Patient Liasion], who is apparently the only patient liasion at Faben, has yet to contact us back after recieving numerous messages and voice-mails. No other manager or anyone for that matter has contacted us back. Stay away from Faben at ALL cost! Recommend you read all their reviews on different social outlets and online to see for yourselves. Their average rating is under 3 stars (out of 5)...

DO NOT GO HERE! I came for one visit, I asked up front if there would be a deductible amount for my visit. They said no, you do not have a copay. Okay no worries, I figured they would bill me for the amount if there was one. I complete the appointment, and decide that I do not wish to continue seeing Dr M. This appointment was in January. I get my first bill statement this month, in May. I open it up ready to pay and it says it is their third and final time trying to reach out to me. I am confused, but I pay the bill. I never got any letters from them before and have been at the same address so I don't understand why they are calling it their third statement. I pay and go about my way. Now today, I get a bill from Quest. Saying Dr M ordered my lab to be tested by Quest and that I owe $400.00. I SPECIFICALLY asked when having the appointment if the labs are tested in house or if they are sent off to a third party. I WORK IN MEDICAL BILLING MYSELF. I get confirmation from the triage nurse that they do urine samples in house and that it is necessary to test the urine to make sure there is no infection or anything abnormal. I oblige and do the appointment. The bill for $400 is not the issue- I've already paid it today as soon as I got it since again, I WORK IN MEDICAL BILLING. No, it's the principle that I was lied to about where the sample would be going, that I got no heads up that it will be $500 toward my deductible for ONE appointment. And also- the bill from Quest also said it was their third time trying to contact me and that I would be sent to collections if I do not pay. The company I work for sends out multiple statements and gives a courtesy call before threatening people with collections. Not this place. No tact or class whatsoever.
