I can't say enough great things about this company. Very patient, understanding, and just good with people. I needed my rain cap replaced and had loads of questions. They walked me through it and made the situation so easy for me. Sometimes these things can be such a headache, but not with these guys! You won't regret having them do work on your house. They can't out not even a week after our discussion on what I needed done. Great work guys! Thanks so much!

Guardian was one of several companies we had called for a quote. Not only did they provide an estimate within a couple of days from when I originally called, but they completed the work faster than I had anticipated, knowing how imperative it was to have it completed sooner than later. Top notch communication and a very professional team of employees. Glad to have their contact information readily available, should a friend or neighbor need a trusted and reliable chimney referral!

Guardian Chimney did a wonderful job of taking pictures of my chimney and giving me a breakdown of exactly what needed to be done and how much each item would cost. When it was my turn for them to complete the work on my chimney, it was completed in one day. By the time I got home from work I couldn't even tell that they had been there. My lawn had been cleaned up and looked perfect. I walked to the neighbors' house to get a good look at my chimney and saw my beautiful new chimney. It is absolutely gorgeous and I am hoping this chimney also lasts for a hundred years.

Both of our chimneys and some brick work near the garage were in serious need of repair. Guardian Chimney Services were able to get out and provide top notch service this season when everyone else was quoting for next spring. With chimney repair not being inexpensive, Guardian worked with us so we can enjoy one of our fireplaces this winter with an eye to additional repairs in the future. On top of that, they hustled back out on virtually zero notice when we had one little house keeping item to tidy up. Super friendly, professional and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

We had a chimney fire and Guardian did a video inspection, then restored the flue with fireproof cement. A guaranteed job. They also fixed the chimney top with restored brickwork and a new capstone and flue covers. Excellent work and reasonably priced. That was a few years ago. We've had Guardian back for annual chimney sweeps. This year they restored our hearth brickwork. It was in bad shape and Guardian did an excellent job of rebuilding with new fireproof brick. Good clean up, polite staff and very reasonable price. We won't consider any other company to service our heavily used fireplace & chimney!

Guardian Chimney Solutions LLC repaired the four top courses of my chimney. While cleaning out my gutters on the roof a few days later, I checked out their work and I have to say they did an excellent job. The new bricks match the existing ones, everything is even and the chimney looks great. The crew was very friendly and they answered all my questions. They removed all the debris around the work area and cleaned up everything on the ground. Guardian Chimney Solutions LLC stood out among the 4 estimates I had, is easy to communicate with and does excellent work - I would recommend them to anybody who needs chimney repair.

Joe and the entire crew has been one of the best companies my wife and I have ever worked with in our 40 years of home ownership. Guardian rebuilt two Chimneys for us a while ago. All work was done professionally, on time as promised and all work was documented by them. Recently we had a question about something, called Joe for a quote, he came out late in the day (after a long day I'm sure) answered our questions and actually took care of what needed to be done. This is the owner of the company, obviously on his time, taking care of a customer. This company understands what "Customer Service" really means. Honest, Prompt and Upfront, No surprises What more can I say. Great Company

11/4 Guardian Chimney Solutions was 1 of 4 estimates I got for chimney repair. Theirs was the only estimator (the owners son I think) that actually went up on the roof! The owner Joseph sent me the estimate along with photos of my chimney with explanations of work needed and breakdown of costs. Theirs wasn't the lowest bid but it made the most sense. Joseph was quick to respond to my texts and overall, customer service was great from start to finish. The 4 man team arrived today at 9 and worked nonstop til after 5, each one very professional, clearly taking pride in their work. There was quite a lot of equipment on my driveway and yard and you would never have known it...clean up was perfect. My chimney looks great! Mary A./ Plymouth MN

In March , I reached out to Guardian Chimney Solutions for some help repairing our chimney. I also reach out to a few other companies. Guardian was the first to reply via email and offered to inspect the issues within the first week after contacting them. The others did not even respond. The owner came on-site, took pictures both inside and outside of the chimney. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and send me a detailed estimate along with YouTube videos explaining our issues. He provided options that met our needs and was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a single day. Very professional work and the chimney looks great. My neighbor complimented the work, too, and was amazed how quickly it was completed.

I cannot say enough good things about Guardian Chimney Solutions. Having our chimney fixed was a request from our Insurance and definitely not my idea of fun home improvement. When I started getting estimates I had no idea what I was looking for - at the end of the day Guardian came in at half the estimate I got from another company. We ended up getting a brand new chimney with little to no effort on my part. Joe's communication speed and style was excellent. He could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Scheduling was done by email or text -- one day I came home from work and boom, new fancy chimney. It was like they had never even been there. You never know what you are going to get when you hire someone for home repairs, but this entire transaction was pleasant, painless and I recommend them 100%.

We were introduced to Guardian Chimney Solutions through our realtor when we purchased a house in Minneapolis in March. They provided our chimney inspection and we got back in touch a few months later to repair some issues they had seen. Joe was very easy to work with as he walked us through several pricing options to help us get our fireplace into safe, working condition. Repairs and construction took one day and the two employees on site were phenomenal. They maintained an extremely high level of safety and professionalism on a very windy day working about 35 feet in the air on scaffolding, which they erected and tore down. We had two chimney caps replaced, a new heat shield liner put in our flue and tuckpointing done in our main level fireplace. And as a customer one point that was very nice ... the cost matched the estimate, to the dollar.

Our chimney had some water damage and we needed to find a company that would take it down to a certain level in order to mitigate the bricks that were damaged as well as have it be a certain height for the gas fireplace we were having installed to be properly vented out of. On of top of that we needed a chase pan built and placed on top to make sure no more water damage occurred. Guardian Chimney Solutions was able to tackle the job with no problem! Joseph was very responsive with all the questions we had and was able to walk us through the steps. He was able to fit us in to his busy schedule in order to make our timeline of getting the chimney work done before the gas fireplace went in. His team went above and beyond the day that they were here. The way in which our chimney was built made it very hard to deconstruct the crown at the top. The job took longer than they expected but they still stayed until they finished the job and were very kind and respectful to my family and neighbors as they worked. Even though the job took twice as long as they had planned, they still honored their original quote. Our chimney looks great! We highly recommend Guardian Chimney Solutions.
