We ordered two custom la-z-boys and upon receipt it did not sit or look like the one advertised in the store. Leather is bunched and wonky in places where a new recliner should not be. They COMPLETELY missed the cushion in the middle section of one of the chairs. Upon further review, because the chair looks "off", or otherwise not new, the dimensions are all over the place. The seat cushion is uneven, the foot section is wider on one and shorter on the other. Both look like they were patched together by 3 Blind Mice. They refuse to address any of it, terrible attitude and customer service, with the exception of ordering a cushion and 2 more trips (3 total) to get the chair, hold onto it and warranty it for the cushion replacement which requires undoing and redoing the entire back side at a minimum.
I asked for their general counsel's information and the head of customer service said she didn't know what that was. Then when I explained it to her she told me I could go find it myself. WOW. DO NOT BUY A La-Z-Boy. We did not get anything near the quality as what we sat in and admired in the actual store. The quality and workmanship is terrible. These are brand new chairs and way overpriced to begin with! we've purchased 4 this year, done with them and want a refund. They have just gone to terrible quality and service matches it.
Hi LBP Person, I already did contact customer care today and they told me the Frisco store is a Franchise so they will not assist me.
Hello again LB Person,
Interestingly enough, all of our transactional
Paperwork refers exclusively to La-Z-boy and not to any third party. Deceptive Trade Practice?
