Unsatisfactory and unprofessional services received
Hello,
My name is Yolanda DuPree I am sending this email due to the unsatisfactory and unprofessional services received at 4604 Madison Avenue Sacramento CA hotel from Jay Ceccato and LaToshia Phillips from the very next day after our overnight stay at that hotel. Unfortunately, we did not receive satisfactory service from either individual as we complained the very next morning regarding issues with the room provided with which was room 106 then we were moved to room 110 because we requested a refund in order to go to another satisfactory hotel after searching. However, per your manager Jay Ceccato we were not granted a refund even after calling and speaking with Priceline because Priceline said they would do the refund after only one day but because it was a package deal it would be left to the hotel manager to grant the refund. I was then told after requesting a refund that he would not receive a commission which would be taken away from him if the refund was granted and also heard the manager Jay while on the phone with Priceline saying the refund would be declined.
Upon receiving unsatisfactory service the room we stayed in was not cleaned each day I have pictures of leaving the room and returning back to the room with nothing being done cleaned, towels still on the floor, trash not dumped, item not being reported or returned to the customer of room 106 that were moved to room 110 until complaint was made and then asked to see video cameras because it should show items still in possession of the hotel. While left in the lobby by the manager and guest service manager complaining the 1st call received said no the item (Golden State Warrior Fleece) that was left in room 106 was not found and the 3rd time they called back after complaining and asking to see camera video then they called back saying the item was located under housekeeping items folded ok if it was folded and placed in the sheets that was hidden to be stolen which is what we took it as. Again we requested a refund so we could find another more professional hotel to stay but then again denied. I am requesting again a refund and that commission Jay Ceccato and LaToshia Phillips were to receive be taken away because of their rude behavior. Even before our complaint there were others complaining as well even until the last day. We did not and will not stay at another LaQuinta Hotel because of the type of nonservice offered.

Shown below is what I submitted on Priceline and will continue until some type of satisfaction has been provided by giving a refund or will seek further assistance legally.
The experience with the package deal (hotel) was unsatisfactory. The room and service were horrible. After being in the hotel for 1 night we called Priceline to see if we could get a refund and move to another hotel but because of the package deal it was declined when I was informed if it was approved the manager would have lost his commission not thinking about the service received of the customer. Then the guest with me left her Golden State Warrior fleece in the room after being changed from 106 to 110 the same room type realized she did not have her fleece with her on Saturday morning moved on Wednesday. Went to the front desk and was informed fleece was not there however after the guest stating there should be cameras in the hotel then the fleece was located and brought to the front desk and given back to the guest. Also, the room was not cleaned as they should have been and the reason, we found that out was because we left our make up on the bed came back in the room and the same sheets were on the bed and the bathtub was not cleaned it still had the dirt ring around it in the room, the beds did not have new sheets until we left the sheets on the floor in the room. There is a whole lot more to say however I am requesting a refund due to the unsatisfactory service received. The agent at the desk we were asking questions about the service and what was to be done and was informed she did not know but would tell us one thing and then something different when questioned again.
Given the refund that we requested because of the issues we saw when we 1st spoke about it and came back other days with issues in the room moved to. I am still requesting a refund because of the unprofessional service continued receiving as customers.

I am writing you to inform you of an incident at Laquinta. I informed your front desk staff the moment t after it occurred and asked for the general manager but the manager is off til Tuesday so I was told to email you. I honestly felt like someone should've been contacting me vs me havi g to chase down mgmt. My sister and I arrived from Chicago and checked into the Laquinta 6260 Peachtree.
I initially had to switch rooms because the air-conditioning was making a loud noise on floor 3. I was switched to 712. Once up there I asked for an extra blanket. The housekeeper Juan didn't understand me so he pulled out his phone. He used a translating app and left to get the blanket. I thanked him he picked up my hand and kissed it I pulled my hand back and he left. I rushed downstairs but forgot my bag and had to return. When I returned he was across the hall I was on the right side heading to the room he had his phone out signaling me that he was trying to show me something he wrote. I looked and it said he wanted to come to my room and show me how he could stroke me. I didn't understand at 1st because he misspelled it but he typed it again. I looked at him and SAID NO! at this point I grabbed my bag sort of in shock not knowing how to respond as he has keys to my room. I left trying to not seem pissed even though I was.. Immediately went downstairs to report this. Never in my life has this sort of sexual harassment happened. Never have I double locked the doors, looked out the peephole before leaving my hotel room trying not to run into him. It is disgusting and I want corporate to call me immediately.

Security refund deposit
I stayed at the La Quinta in Bakersfield California on Riverside drive on August 17th the rooms was infested with roaches I checked out on the 18th and I still haven't received my security deposit back I stayed 3 other times there with no problems I've always had my deposit back on my card within 10 minutes after checkout. It is the 3rd of September and still havent received my deposit back.

This room should have been out of service , serious mold in the shower no possible way to use . Hair on the floor in the bathroom and by the bed.
Advised management about the issue , acted like no big deal we will get to it later.
Also advised at the same time that we were cancelling the 2nd night stay .
Terrible service - truly a case of lipstick on a pig !

I spent a night at La Quinta Inns and Suites Atlanta Airport North on June 28. I had a long drive that day before flying to Atlanta and was extremely tired and hoping to get some rest at the hotel because the following day I had to travel for most of the day as well.
I arrived at the hotel in the evening and was assigned room #105. Some people came into their room after 12am and they were talking for a while. They were not super loud but they did wake us up and kept us awake. The talking was noisy enough to keep my dog alert and make him anxious and I had to distract him so he would not bark.
Around 5am I started hearing noises again and could not sleep. Around 5:30am I headed to the front desk to tell them about the noise. On the way to the front desk I realized the noise was coming from the kitchen. The front desk told me that if I had notified them earlier they could have moved me to another room. They told me that they made a note and I need to talk with the assistant manager at 10 am. At 10 am I was told that the assistant manager would not be in until 1pm, but I had to leave at 12pm for my first flight, so I was unable to speak with her. I was told that I could email the assistant manager.
I'm contacting you because I want to see if anything can be done to compensate me for the disturbances and inconveniences that my dog and I experienced at your hotel that night. Do you think sleeping from 1am to 5am is a good value for the money I paid? I don't think it's unreasonable to expect undisturbed sleep between the hours of 10pm and 7am when I pay for a hotel room. I even paid extra for my dog to stay, and it was very anxiety provoking for him. I am sure that this cannot be the first time there were noises from the kitchen at 5am. Why was another room not given to me in the first place? I'm disappointed in the experience I had and the way that it was handled. It felt like I was just being given the runaround until I left and no longer had the ability to speak with someone in person about my experience.
I also had an issue with the amount I was charged for my 11lb dog. I am attaching the last communication from Booking.com where I received a message from LaQuinta that the pet fee is $20. At the front desk I was told the fee is $25. I told them that the fee communicated to me was $20. They claimed that that was third party information and that their rate is $25. Does that mean that Booking.com makes up information for LaQuinta?

I was a guest at LaQuinta, Atlata Airport hotel, on Saturday, July 22 till Sunday July 23, 2023. I got in late Saturday. On Sunday, I had an employee pounding on my door. Startled me out of a sound sleep. I called out, and the employee asked if I had asked for a "Wake up call". "No" I yelled back. When I got home to Oregon, on Monday, July 24 I called the hotel manager, Grace. She explained that it was an error. I was in room 104 and the call should have been for Room 105. She apologize and said she would compensate me for the inconvenience. Well, 3 cents was credited to my credit card from LaQuinta..03? That adds insult to injury. Yes, 3 cents was credited by LaQuinta. I got little sleep, your hotel's policy of pounding on doors is unacceptable as well as your 3 cents.

Good morning,
I was very disappointed in the stay at the Floresville stay July 28-July 30. I feel it's important that it's communicated in hopes there are improvements for our potential future stays and other Guest.
Upon arrival Friday evening, the young lady was very friendly and helpful. We get to our room on the 3rd floor and the key doesn't work (the door had a hole covered with painters tape as it had been drilled out). My husband went back down to the desk and she quickly got us another room on that same floor. She was very apologetic for the inconvenience. I wish we would have gotten her name, she did her very best to take care of us.
We get to our new room and are unable to use the remote to operate the TV. The main unit was drilled to the wall behind the TV stand, we had to stand over it to change stations. It was very inconvenient to have to get up and walk over to that unit to find a TV show. We work long hours when traveling and this hindered our ability to fully relax.
Saturday morning, we realized there was only 1 bath towel in the room. My husband went downstairs to get a towel and the young man working Saturday morning was outside (with ear buds in) on his vape. My husband had to ring the bell several times to get his attention just to receive a towel that should have already been in the room.
That same morning, Saturday, we went down to breakfast before going on our work project. There was no milk for the cereal and the hot water for oatmeal was kept on the lobby coffee bar instead of on the breakfast bar or even in addition to. Food ran out quickly but couldn't get the Kitchen ladies attention due to her wearing ear buds the entire time and not hearing us. There were no coffee cups available so we had to wait until we could get her attention to get a cup.
Saturday evening I stopped by the desk when coming back from work, the area was once again empty with the same young man outside vaping with ear buds in. I simply walked away due to the lack of concern for Guest service.
Upon leaving Sunday morning, I let the lady at the counter know that our stay was less than satisfactory and requested email information. She clearly wasn't interested in my issues and only provided the information to contact someone else. I was never asked if there was something that could be done to help experience or even what the issues were.
The room appeared to be under construction (or needs to be) with several places with scratched paint, burnt out light bulb in bathroom and missing bulb covers, and missing fixtures (picture missing but holder still on the wall).
We travel multiple times a month for business, we use Laquinta when we can and have never experienced such a run down location. The only employee that went above and beyond was the young lady we first encountered Friday night.
My husband and I have 45 plus years of customer service between us and were very disappointed in the lack of concern by majority of the employees and the poor conditions of this location. I hope that someone gets involved with this location and helps improve the overall conditions and staff service.
On Monday, July 31 I emailed the location and Laquinta directly and have not received a response. The confirmation code I received, [protected], stated I would receive follow up within 24-48 hours.

The manager was rude; the room smelled like smoke and was non-smoking. The outlets halfway worked and the Bathroom was so small it was ridiculous. Bug's coming out the drain of the tub, flies everywhere. Bugs crawl under the rugs, etc... The particular Laquita Inn looks like a run-down motel with a fancy name. They need to take the beautiful pictures down because their all lies.
Please Don't waste your money here, The Doubletree next door is super friendly and worth the money.
The only good thing about the Inn is it's right across the street from a
good shopping center and I'll still be good to doubletree hotel next time I visit Lubbock Texas.
Desired outcome: Closes it down and does a whole new remodel so it can represent the Laquita Inn right? The crew and housekeeping need to dress professionally, etc...

This hotel needs some serious maintenance! It is dirty, it is rundown, it is poorly maintained, and the staff doesn’t care. There’s mold behind the loose trim at the bottom of the bathtub, part of the ceiling are sagging and look like they leak in, look like they’re about to fall down at any moment. Everything is dirty, the carpet is absolutely disgusting. The only thing that seemed clean with the sheets.
Add to that The fact that parking cost nearly as much as the room is absolutely ridiculous.
But nonetheless the room is not worth the price.
Then when we got back home,
we realized we left a bag with some important papers in the room. I tried to call the hotel to ask about it. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes each time for almost 2 hours. No one would answer the phone.
Desired outcome: I want My bag with my paperwork in it.
