La Quinta Inns & Suites - Hotel in poor condition and no proper information about the condition of garden and pool being closed

Hi. Below is an email I sent on June 23 2023 and I never got a reply from management at this hotel.

I would like to comment about the condition of the hotel and my room.

I booked through Wyndham website for my stay Thursday and Friday June 22-23

My room was clean but carpet has not been vacuumed or has been done badly and windows hasn’t been cleaned and a long long time.

If I knew the pool and The garden was such in bad conditions, I would have book at a different hotel.

I stayed at another La Quinta in Lakewood a couple days before I came here and I was very happy but I’m not here at this hotel.

Pool is not open, it is June 23. Landscaping in the garden is non existent. It is in a very bad condition. Carpet in hallway is not vacuumed daily or poorly vacuumed if done at all.

Outside doors keys are not working.

What pissed me off the most is no information about the pool being closed on the website and I Looked at the pictures on your website and it look great but actually it is NOT. Pictures has to be updated at the current condition because I find this is false information and false marketing practice.

Staff has been great but I heard from another customer that the hotel is short staffed.

Many businesses are short staffed.

Hired landscaping workers and pool maintenance crews to upkeep this place.

I would like to ask if I could received a partial refund on my current stay.
