LA Quinta Inn in Hesperia, CA. Very poor customer service from the assistant manager. I initially called to complain about them not giving us the points they promised and also having my man move out of our room they said we could stay in, and she went off on me and told me if I didn't like it, I can leave and that I keep coming back all the time. She was rude, obnoxious, and very unprofessional. I was able to cancel all of my upcoming stays and I reported her to what I just found out is the owner, BBB, and corporate, but obviously he didn't do a thing because today she came up to me and screamed at my face telling me she can't believe I'm in the profession I am and that she's the boss here and she 'won' when she found out I canceled my rooms. She won? OMG! She's something else. It took everything out of me to not tell her off, but I decided to be as professional as I could even though I was very, very upset. I'm proud of myself because the old me would not be professional. I would have cussed for sure, but that's not who I am anymore. If you stay here for one or two days, you'll like it besides the bland food and lousy internet. It is cozy here, but if you stay longer do not complain to the assistant manager because she does not care and will tell you to leave if you don't like it. She does not care about her guests. She was nosy today hearing me tell me my man if she's the one I spoke to on the phone and then went off on me in front of guests and my man. Very unprofessional. One should be able to complain without being told to get out if we don't like it. She's very confrontational. I'm handicapped and she basically went to my face and screamed at a handicapped woman. No class at all.

Desired outcome: An genuine apology. Someone who truly cares that she not only went off on a paid customer for nothing originally but also hurt my feelings and upset me all day
