Hotel Quartier Latin

The hotel room is in disgusting shape, and freezing cold. The toilet is topped up and unsanitary. The bathroom is missing a light bulb, and the light in the bedroom is broken. The room is freezing and the air conditioner can't be regulated. The window can't be opened. I brought the problems to the attention of the manager; he did absolutely nothing. The hotel room costs $159 a night. The entire area is booked for a conference so there is now nowhere else to go. This business practice seems outrageous to me. While my stay is ruined I am filing a complaint so that people coming here to Montreal in the future might not have to go through this. I have photos which I can send if asked, but can't attach them to my iPad at this time.
