Most importantly, overall completly satisfied in all aspects. Staff seems to run hotel decent enough for most customers. But under any circumstance, one matter I completly felt unaccepable, both mattresses in my room had hardly any degree of health intact. Honesltly I never complain, on this matter however, I stand firm. Something as miniscule as health of a mattress, seems to have vastly been obviously overlooked by staff. I highly doubt our double bed room 215 hasnt already had similar complaints soley based on the delapidated woreout stench of what seemingly seems deemable o.k. to burden customers with by condemming said possblie repeat customers to the unspeakable excuse of funiture ive ever witnessned at any establishment. Not to mention a clear oder upon entering the room, later found to be possible a/c condensate not draining properly or otherwise, contributing to mildew smell surround carpet area by said a/c. Of which I deemed to be an honest mistake, easliy overlooked by possibly mistaking odor as from the antique mattresses. Again its horrendes to consider how many people get cheated out of quality stay at a fairly decent la quinta establishment. Also having reserved amlost a month prior to our visit here, the very polite front desk attendant couldnt check us customers in till 9 in the evening, when we arrived around 3. She was very helpful in assisting our stay. Problem being contributed to super hotels.com in failing to help staff member checking us in at reserved time.. aslo which I felt was not a problem whatsoever on behalf of hotel.. Shenandoah texas la quinta in my opinion is up to par except the blob of material that is allowed to be aold to your customers. Management somewhere down the line should acknowledge that mattress quality should not be overlooked when its the main ingredient foer satisfing a customers decision to visit said places.
