I paid for a bed a lot for just a bed no coffee no soap no nothing. Should have slept in my car. Not sure how they get away with stealing from people must have found a loophole. You think the state of Washington wouldn't allow them to steal from us, maybe the state is getting kickbacks; good money. I won't stay again! How do you write 350ch on nothing. Had to call a friend to help.

Desired outcome: Nothing can be done it is a racket they got our money plain and simple!!!!

This place couldn't make up for it if they tried which I not to worried about. You could not pay enough to make me stay there again. They can steal money from others not me!

0 is their motto 0 coffee 0 soap 0 anything I paid for a bed. The 3 that checked me in were very good. I wish they stocked room. I am handicapped and feel really taken advantage of! I guess they found a way to steal a lot of money and we can't do anything about it. Even from the handicap. I should have slept in my car!
