Kroger review: Employer refuses to issue vacation check

Took paid vacation time December 18-24 from Kroger store on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN. Did not receive vacation check that week. One month later, company has refused to issue check and union has stopped responding to requests for check. Have also had multiple paychecks short hours/days. Company does not pay employees fairly and ignores the problem when it is brought to their attention.

Desired outcome: Would simply like the missing 40 hours of vacation time paid via direct deposit as soon as possible
