Kroger ad specials

Hello I visited the Kroger in Marwood Plaza and went to get several items that were on sale. Half the items were sold out like the hambuger meat, chicken even strawberries. I went to go get a rain check on most of the items but they refused because it was the last day of the sale ( which shouldnt be an issue). So needless to say didnt get anything that day and went to Meijer s instead. I love Kroger but very disappointed this time.

Kroger pharmacy dept

Called in a valid prescription and was told it was going to be ready Sunday after 1 PM. Around 4 PM when I arrive to pick it up they informed me that they don't have the medication and I have to wait till tomorrow!
This is my daughter's birth control pills can't really run out of those and wait till tomorrow! They never contacted me to let me know that they were out of the medication so I could've called another Kroger and had it transferred. Instead I drive all the way there just to be told that they didn't do their job and this isn't the first time. There has been at least four other times this is happened at this Kroger.
The only reason I stay with Kroger pharmacy is because of the fuel points however after this it's not worth it I am done and taking all my prescriptions to CVS !

Kroger customer service

They had a deal on ice cream limit of 5, so there two different types of product for that deal. So I got 5 of each and so I'm checking out and the prices seemed high and I asked the cashier about the deal and she guaranteed that it would come off at the end. I payed and get to the car and realize that it didn't come off. So in 90 degree weather I go back in and stand in line wait while mind you my ice cream is melting in my ar. So the so called customer service lady tells me their was a limit of what 5 and that's why I didn't get the deal, fine so I go back too my car again get all the ice cream I bought which totaled 12, stand in line again the same lady then tells me oh do you want the 10$?! back that you was shorted?! By this time the ice cream was partially melted 3 trips in the store why would I want it now?! Told her I didn't want any of it. Knowing how much I spent she started to ring it up me up and gave me a price of 27$ which was wrong as I'm trying too explain too her what she owes me in midway thru my sentence she walks away and calls for another customer service lady, by this time there was a line behind me people starring at me the whole time like I'm crazy. So she rings me up with attitude like I had no reason to be upset and it came to 29.89, which by this time I was ambarrassed angry and I had my 5 year old with me during my 3 trips into the store. I had them snatch the receipt outta my hands and they rolled their eyes at me, I asked for a supervisor name and number she refused to even give me that and after 3 trips in they still didn't get it right I had too go back in the next day to get the rest of my money back and got more attitude. I spent thousands at Kroger and I will not give them another penny!

Kroger shelly at krogers (supervisor)

When shopping at Krogers today I was attempting to check out at the closet convenient line. Shelly (the cashier) seemed to be open as she had just checked out her last customer. I asked her if she was open because her light wasnt on and she abruptly yelled and said I ONLY TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT! NO CASH! She then threw her arm in the air as if I had said something wrong to her! I proceeded to go to another register because it gave me the impression that she didn't want to assist me because it was getting close to closing time. I asked the cashier (Melissa) that I was being serviced by if Shelly was a manager because she was wearing a red jacket while all the other employees were wearing blue. The cashier confirmed that she was a supervisor. In my work experience when working face to face with customers it is imperative that you use relatable and friendly customer service skills and Shelly failed to do so. I don't believe this would be acceptable to Krogers as a grocery store that is all about providing the community with fresh food while maintaining equally pricing and satisfaction. It wasn't what she said but how she communicated this information to me! As a customer that has been shopping at Krogers for over fifteen years this was not the way to Be serviced. I am flabbergasted by the way I have been treated and this has made me feel unwanted so I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully Aldi's or Walmart will optimize the true meaning of customer service.

Kroger extreme mold under green onions/ alot of other produce from this store

Richmond, michigan Kroger.On july 14, 2017 was trying to find a decent group of green onion once I reached the lower layer I seen extreme mold, waved a stock person over, he was in awe, it was so bad, the hazemat team needs to clean those racks!Talked to, he said he was the "manager of the whole area"He apologized, then did nothing to address the issue. the stock help didn't take remainder of onions off the shelf, the store has been getting worse since I have shopped there since its opening.The only photos would be from store video camera. This has always been a complaint with bad produce, once I picked up a cucumber and my fingers went thru the mushed area it was so bad.No matter how many times I did the store survey about bad produce, its just worsened. Just unbelievable. The last few months I've tried shopping at the romeo, washington, mi., krogers I'm discussted with Richmond, Krogers someone needs to do a spot check, with no fore warning to see these shelves. I hope this was not the cause of my food poisning in February 2017 it was noted by the Mi. health dept. verified positive. Please cleanup and get good fresh produce in there. this is just aweful!

Kroger bakery manager robert

well I shop at Kroger all the time in fact its the only place I do shop..i went in on 7/14/2017 about 1-130pm to get sliced meat and check on a cake they where very busy well everyone else was their was a guy and girl looked as if they were taking self pics of each other they looked over at me we made eye contact so t thought someone would come over but never did like I said they all seemed to be busy but those two.i shop there a lot so I waited 15-25 min.no service yet when I finally got there attention he was still laughing about what he and she thought was funny.that made me more upset so I told him never mind and I came back later because I do like to shop here.but I did catch HIS name ROBERT MANAGER but did not catch hers this really upset me at the time I did not feel important..THANKS

Kroger store closed

Be nice if the stores were open 24hrs like they are supposed to be, was after 11pm went to Kroger in huntington wv, sign on door said they were closed, was at said store earlier in the day and there were no signs or anything that said store was closing early. Don't know the issue, but it's frustrating for people without vehicles and limited transportation options. If I would of known store was closing I would of went beforehand. Store 782 in huntington wv.

Kroger huggies size 4 diapers

I purchased a big box of huggies size 4 diapers from my local Kroger. When I tired to use one it would not stay on. The straps had nothing to help them stick. At first I thought it was only one diaper but in total there were 14 defective diapers. I was very upset about the loss. I have a diaper organizer so I no longer have the box so the store was not willing to do a refund or exchange.

Kroger cashier

Cashier Cherie from Kroger on Hillsborough Road in Durham, NC was not pleasant at all tonight. As I approached the register, her light was on and she stated, "What the [censor], all I want to get is god damn water and these customers keep on coming to MY line!" I've worked for the Kroger company before and another grocery store and that is highly unprofessional. I shouldn't have to say, how are you? And this isn't the first time I've been in Cheries line. She is always in a grumpy mood and never wants to acknowledge the customer. Tonight definitely crossed the line.

Kroger hamburger meat

July 4th I purchased a 3lb package of meat with a good date of July 7th. I went to use it on July 6th and it was totally brown. I threw it out. I lost $10.47 on that purchase.
I went back on July 7th and purchased 2 1lb packages of hamburger meat with a good date of July 10th. I went to use it on July 9th and it was totally brown once again. I took it back to the store and exchanged it this time. While I was back in the meat department I noticed more brown meat on the shelf with a 7/10 date. I spoke to the meat department and was informed that Kroger has gone with a cheaper supplier. Very disappointed to hear this since the quality is now lacking.
I did mention to the customer service rep about my fist 3lb purchase and had my receipt but got no response regarding it except "sorry to hear that". Kroger is my grocery store every week and now I am very leery of purchasing your meats.

Kroger cashiers

Hello!
I am referring to your store in Kingsport Tennessee. I use to love going to your store, I would have an awesome experience every time. I use coupons on every trip that I make, but here lately the cashiers and managers have been so hateful and not too friendly when they see me using my coupons. Which I don't understand because that makes your store more money from the manufacturers. I do nothing wrong and abide by all coupon and store rules. They belittle me and I am not only speaking for myself but for a lot of my coupon friends as well. I just wish maybe you could talk to this store and see what the problem is with couponers. I don't like being treated different because I am paying with paper and doing nothing wrong. It's almost like they envy us for getting such great deals. I love shopping at your store but I have been avoiding it because of your cashiers and some 'managers' additiudes for my use of coupons. Thank you for your time

Kroger changing figures on check

On June 22 at 2:39 P.M. I brought groceries at Kroger in Georgetown, Kentucky. I paid for them by check. Today when I received my bank account the check that I had written for my groceries was different then they had deducted from my account. The groceries came to $44.15 the amount taken was $94.15. I called my bank and they said that it look like someone had tried to dribble with the numbers in figures and it look like it was $94.15. I think you need to look into who is working for Kroger as it look like someone was trying to make a quick $50.00. Wonder how many more people had this to happen and never look at their bank account.

Kroger cake bought from bakery

Hello my name is Ashley I am writing you in regards to an incident that happened Sunday July 2nd.I have tried to contact Krogers corporate office with no luck maybe because of the holiday but I'm going to keep trying until I get some answers. My fiance did call the store we bought the cake from and the manager asked us if we would like a refund and that was all he offered to do so my fiance got very frustrated and hung up. Once you hear this situation I'm sure you'll understand why. Sunday July 2nd was my fiance's 27th birthday so of course we got him a birthday cake he works 80 hours a week for the Tennessee Department of Transportation and deserves something for his self on his birthday. As we all sit down to eat or cake I noticed my 1 year old is playing with his cake as toddlers do but as he's banging his cake on his plate and its making a very loud noise so as I'm going to him to see why, he's putting it in his mouth I stopped him and pick the cake up as my fiance says "bring that to me, what is that" so I take him the piece of cake and he pulls a nail out of it I do not know much about nails but he said it is a nail used for framing. I'm sure you can understand my concerns what if my child had ate this piece of cake with the nail in it what could have happened.I have all the documentation I need I have my receipt, I have the nail in a baggie, I have the piece of cake that the nail was pulled out of, I have pictures of the cake at the nail was pulled out of, You can see a hole in it.The reasoning for all of this is because my fiance would like to contact an attorney so I decided to have one last try contacting Krogers through this email this is my last hope I did not want to have to resort to contacting an attorney I just want some answers and maybe a piece of mind.His birthday was ruined we were very upset, And it's just not right to have to pull a nail out of your 1 year olds piece of cake and I hope somebody will contact me as soon as possible about the situation thank you. Kroger service

I left work at 6:30 p.m. and I only work 15 minutes from Kroger Independence, ky. When I picked up my order from clicklist I was overcharged $89 because an employee in clicklist had scanned my pork chops about 12 to 15 times. Then I had to wait for the manager to go and credit my check card which took another 15 minutes. Then I drove directly to Krogers in Latonia Kentucky and sat in line for 20 to 25 minutes with three cars in front of me trying to pick up my for prescriptions that were ready. I got so aggravated that I called and complained to the pharmacy and they told the pharmacist that I complained and then all of a sudden the cars started moving like they should be. I then called the manager at Kroger's Latonia and complained about the drive-thru which has been an ongoing problem since they opened. The manager that I spoke to told me the same thing that I have heard numerous times when I have called Kroger's Latonia Pharmacy about the problem with the drive-thru being way too slow. The problem is that they want to accommodate every customer that comes through and if there's a problem with the customers insurance or whatever I don't think the other people sitting in the cars behind them should have to wait while the problem is being fixed. The drive thru should be for picking up prescriptions and if theres a problem then the customer will have to go inside to sort it out. The manager told me they cannot ask a customer to come inside theres a problem but I've been told that before? Something needs to be done about this problem.

Kroger I was terminated by discrimination

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn dorr. I was just terminated from a Fred Meyer store in Burlington washington. I was selected to be the team lead for their Starbucks. Today I was pulled into the office and terminated with NO WARNING what so ever. I complied with the rules of the company and I was doing my best to learn regulations and specific management skills. I had briefly disclosed to them that I am disabled (I have multiple sclerosis) I feel as though they did not want to take the chance having a disabled person in a high position. They told me I was terminated because I got coffee from another store instead of theirs, someone told them I didn't seem happy enough and for a misunderstanding that was fixed. I had no control over these things, I had no idea I wasn't allowed to purchase coffee from a stand other than theirs, I had no idea that I was supposed to be fun and bubbly whilst I'm reading papers and obtaining a ton of information about management. I was not aware that I did any wrong. No one talked to me, no one warned me. I did not get a coaching and I did not get taken aside to see if things said about me were true. I was very excited and very committed to this company and I was ready to work very hard. From what I read about the policies and regulations, what they did was unjust and discriminatory.

Sounds like a complaint needs to be filed with the EEOC. It is against the law to discriminate against someone because of their disability. You sound like you have so many wonderful abilities. Kroger seems to turn a blind eye with some their managers who appear to be very uneducated as far as legalities goes. I mean you would think that a manager would be intelligent enough to know that it is against the law to discriminate. But, I am guessing it goes deeper than that, in that, these managers feel they can get by with this sort of thing. Shame on Kroger for allowing this to go on! Kroger needs a wake up call.

Kroger return

I bought a toaster in toledo ohio, this was prior to moving to the columbus area. I recently opened the toaster box (which the box appeared to be fine) however the toaster had a dent in it, close to the push down button, so the button would not stay down. i put the toaster back in the box and tried to return it to the store close to me (still in the state of ohio) I had no receipt, so I was not expecting any cash back. However the girl working the desk said it could not be returned because I bought it at another store, I asked to speak to a manager Trayce Prather (Groveport ohio store) they rang the toaster up and it came up 25.00 and some change but because I didnt buy it at his store he also refused to give me a store credit for the item. I call the 1-800 number am on the phone for 45 minutes while standing in line only to find out I cant even get a store credit, this incident took place yesterday 06/27/2017 in the evening hours. i have shopped at the kroger stores for the last 35 years, my husband and I were foster parents and also adopted 10 children we would spend thousands of dollars at our kroger stores to feed these kids. I have never returned items and asked for anything this was my very first time and no one in the kroger family would assist me to make a happy medium. I leave with a broken 25.00 toaster that was damaged somewhere along the way. a multi million dollar company would return a 25.00 toaster also, I searched everywhere at the customer service desk and there is nothing posted about returns. NO WHERE. The manager told me I had to take it back to the kroger I bought it from. so I guess I am suppose to drive 3 hours away to return a toaster. I am very upset after giving Kroger my business for 35 years

Kroger money not received from check out machine!!!

On 6/19/2017 at 930pm, i checked out & looked back to see if I left anything, i did not see any money sticking out of the machine! I spoke with the manager/Logan the next morning, later that day he left me a message that he reviewed the tape but it was not in a position to see machine #501 I used, there was nothing he could do! I'm very sure if I didn't pay for $20 worth of merchandise the security officer and employee standing in that area and the camera would have seen and stopped me! Please add a red light or tone to the machines so this won't happen to anyone else! I am a loyal Kroger shopper and usually get up to $100 cash, does this mean I would not have a more thorough investigation or would I have to make a police report! Kroger pie crusts

I purchased the pie crust this morning to go home and quickly make a pie I need for today. I could have made my home made crust in the same amount of time from the time I tried to unroll the crust it was cracking and breaking, I took almost 20 minutes to soften and push the crust together and still when I baked it the crust on the edges broke off.
I used to shop at kroger while I lived in virginia and was pleased to see kroger brands in foodsco here in california, but I will never buy the product again I was really upset with it.

Kroger general mills cereal

I do not usually go shopping at night but I went today to get the $4/8 cereals that were on sale that you were supposed to get free milk if you bought 4. Tonight I went to Krogers in irving in MacArthur park a little before 9 and the lines were absolutely ridiculously long. AlI I had was 4 boxes of cereal and I had 2 $1 coupons for the cereal so it should have been 4/$6..( Krogers coupons had a coupon as well for $1 off 2. That I'm not even including) well my total rang up to $10 for the 4 boxes of cereal and the cashier didn't even know about the free milk I was supposed to get and one of the coupons wouldn't ring up. The cashier was not helpful at all, she just simply said, it's only ringing up one coupon and handed me the other one back. The lines were so long I wasn't going to hold up the line, as I was going to go to customer service at the store to talk to them about my purchase. I went to the customer service and low and behold, it was closed for the night. I am so frustrated with the customer service I received and the fact that I specifically went to the grocery store to get the weekly deal on cereal and my bill was much higher then it said on the circular. I can provide you with the reciept if you need more information! I understand that stores and cashiers are busy at times but busy or not, you should provide good customer service!
