Service
This Kroger at 234 Emory rd. Powell tn 37849. Blocks the door at 10:45 pm and won't let anyone else in for the night. Can you change the hours so we know not to come there? I just needed one item but the would not let you in as the outdoor was closed also. I noticed others being turned away. I know those employees aren't leaving because I have talked to them and they told me they were there all night cleaning and stocking.

I went to multiple Kroger's to get a product (cauliflower chicken tenders), but due to the winter storm, most stores were out. They were marked as $6.99 and BOGO. This is an amazing price, so I purchased 2 when I finally found them. When these came up at $8.99 and not BOGO at the self checkout register, I asked the cashier (who waited until she finished her text message to address me) if this was correct. Another employee was called for assistance. He went to check the item in the freezer section. He came back said it's $8.99 when I scan it. I explained, "yes, that's the regular price. But the item is marked at $6.99 and BOGO. If this is not the case, please go ahead and void. It's not a big deal." He said, "So do you want it?" I repeated my statement and he said that he would tell "her", who I'm assuming was the original cashier. I waited at the self checkout register for 10 mins and no one ever came back. The original self-checkout attendant had completely disappeared. I never complain, as I work in hiring for security and guest services; I understand that everyone has bad days. But this was very disappointing.
Two private selection 18.7 oz pizzas (onemedditerranean & one cuban ham & swiss cheese)!
To: KROGER Stores To Whom It May Concern: I am addressing the following comment to your Foods Section, especially frozen foods. I bought two of your Private Selection pizzas (18.7oz) right before our nationwide snow storm descended here on Feb. 12, 2021, in the Northwest US, ie, Portland, Oregon, the founding site of Fred Meyer, Inc., now Kroger. Eager to...

The pharmacist on kroger on north 16th street in orange texas has been making it hard for my schedule prescriptions to be filled. I had a rx sent by my md. Dr. Jones office 3 days ago and he wouldn't fill it till today. So I went to pick up today and it wasn't filled. So I was called a waiter. Well I waited at the store over 30 minutes just to be told it...

I was excited and relieved when I showed up for my covid shot appointment today and was told, sorry, we didn't get vaccines this week. That is understandable, but failing to notify me, causing me to drive after a snow storm, is inexcusable, inconsiderate, and rude. Not the kind of customer service I expect coming from a Kroger store. The pharmacist...

I bought about 10 packages of chicken when it was on sale in the fall and put it in my freezer. Every package I have tried to use tasted like fish. I am having a terrible time trying to find ways to use it up. I am sadly disappointment in this brand after buying it for years and now it tastes like fish. Read full review of KrogerThe eggs are almost twice as expensive
I've been shopping at Mount Orab store for a year and a half. Whoever orders in there grocery department doesn't do well at there job. The store is always out of a lot of stuff I buy. The eggs are almost twice as expensive at this store as they are at other Kroger stores. They have out of stock stickers on frozen items that I can get at other Kroger stores. I have been going to meijer because I am so frustrated with that store. It seems like the person ordering groceries doesn't know what they're doing. James Coy

Desired outcome: Be in stock in grocery department
Playing politics against the silent majority
You seem to have forgotten about Goya Foods. We are the silent majority and we are also the primary gear that makes capitalism work. We are dedicated to our President and we are already really really angry about the farcical election that HE WON but now we're having to endure the nonsense being spewed regarding the few Republicans in the House and Senate who were ethical enough to make a stand for our constitutional order. You are withholding contributions to the Republican members that actually tried to correct the travesty of justice that occurred on the sixth of January this year...REALLY? Now you're attacking My Pillow? REALLY? You should have stayed the hell out of the whole damn mess. You jumped for the noisy little pissant minority and spit on the rest of us. My sister and I have shopped at Kroger every week for years and now we have to go elsewhere and that's what we're going to do. You should have just stuck to retailing and left politics to politicians. I'm not EVER STEPPING FOOT IN ANY KROGER OR AFFILIATE AGAIN...EVER!
There are more of us than you think.
Unethical political behavior
As a lifelong Kroger customer I am disgusted that you decided to take your company political. For you to bend to the democratic left agenda is appalling. We as Americans still have the right to have different political views but to discontinue selling the My Pillow just because your company/ CEO or stock holders don't like the political views of their CEO (Mike Lyndel) is just to much. This just does to show me your company along with many others are part of the problem we have in America today. Well I can guarantee you true patriotic hard working Americans stand for more then being bought and paid for by big companies/Big Tech, etc. I will never shop at Kroger or any of the other stores you own. True Patriotic Americans are getting tired of this crap. Wake up and get out of politics. It's time for America to become America again.
Unethical behavior due to political ousting of Mike Lindell
I have been a Kroger/Fry's shopper for years. The unethical treatment of Mike Lindell is absolutely DISGUSTING AND UNETHICAL. I will no longer support Kroger or ANY sister stores! I have many other options and have no problem turning on your store, as you have done to the American people. How SHAMEFUL of you, Kroger...and how cowardly of you to bend over for the Left! Your politics are GROSSLY unethical and clearly show us that you can be bought! GOODBYE!
Desired outcome: I hope Kroger loses A LOT of revenue!
Pharmacy
I needed a prescription filled 01/29/21 at Kroger at 3444 plaza avenue in Memphis TN . I had a manufacturer coupon (2 of them) it was clearly written on them that both could be used at the same time. The lady named Angela who was working the register told me I could only use one. I told her that wasn't true she went to ask her manager and came back and...

I spend BIG bucks every month at Kroger/Fred Meyer in my town but will likely take my $$ elsewhere because of your "politically correct" decision concerning Mike Lindells My Pillow products. I think if you loose every customer who has a differing political opinion than yours, you will not be a large corporation anymore. We are the folks who helped you get where you are today. There is no room for your cancel culture in our carts. I hope your company will reconsider your poor decision.
Horrible customer service
I worked for this kroger part time (for one week) earlier last year and wondered why the company name showed up on my insurance card when I only worked there briefly (this info is besides the point, just wanted to state why I was in the store). I was looking for a manager and couldn't find one. So I asked an extremely rude woman at pharmacy who I should...
Read full review of KrogerCancel Culture Communism
So Kroger has decided to buy into Cancel Culture and is no longer carrying Mike Lindell's MyPillow products? Well guess what, Kroger? Back atcha! I am no longer spending $400 a month on groceries at any of your stores. Kroger seems to have forgotten about free speech. So I will vote with my hard earned dollars and not shop at Kroger. Sure, $400 is a drop in the bucket for Kroger, but I'm sure Walmart will welcome me with open arms. Shame on Kroger!
Picking on the good guy Mike Lindell
After hearing about this bone headed idea about dropping Mike Lindell's pillows I am now dropping Kroger. So sad they have to bother a good man that has America's interests at heart. Not sure why Kroger has to get involved in this manner but they've lost a customer that has been shopping there a number of years. Gillette pulled their weirdness also about how men should somehow be ashamed of their masculinity well, they lost me as a customer soon after as a result.
My Pillow
I am a long term Kroger customer and am very disappointed in your recent decision to stop selling My Pillow products in your store. This decision does not seem to be customer service directed but rather a political decision. Over 75 million people voted for Donal Trump. Mike Lindell has the freedom to support Mr. Trump without backlash from Kroger.
I hope you will re-evaluate your decision so I can return to shopping at Kroger. If not, there are plenty of other grocery stores in my area.
Desired outcome: Change your decision to drop My Pillow
Bias and Unprofessional
They stopped selling an American made company, My Pillow, because they have conservative views. That is bias, and discriminative.
Desired outcome: Put My Pillow back on their shelves!
Customer service
Yesterday my wife was in the Kroger on airport road in Hot Springs Arkansas shopping alone when a lady from produce approached her and told her if she wasn't going to wear a mask she needed to live and shop somewhere else. We left shopping at Wal Mart months ago because of their mask views and began doing 100 percent of our shopping and gas purchases at this Kroger. This lady followed my wife thought the entire store harassing her while my wife was looking for a manager to speak with. This was unacceptable behavior. It's a shame to see how ridiculous these employees are allowed to act toward loyal customers. Kroger has lost our business and from this day on we will encourage our friends to not shop here as well. I have always liked this store the cheese and produce is excellent, but the service is terrible.
Desired outcome: The lasy from produce be severely reprimanded and the the outlook on customer service reevaluated.
Delivery
Delivery Order number: [protected] Order date: 11/14/2020 There was major confusion around this order. I have been getting groceries from the online app for pick up since March of 2020. However recently when I order Kroger flavored water in a quart bottle, they do not bag them.
