I was excited and relieved when I showed up for my covid shot appointment today and was told, sorry, we didn't get vaccines this week. That is understandable, but failing to notify me, causing me to drive after a snow storm, is inexcusable, inconsiderate, and rude. Not the kind of customer service I expect coming from a Kroger store.
The pharmacist/ receptionist said they sent me an email to notify me. After inquiring what email they used she said, "Oh, it's not listed, but we called you and your phone just rang and rang, we couldn't leave a message.". I'd like to reschedule, same day, same time the next week it comes in. No we can't do that.
Disappointed in Kroger's customer service.
