Kroger Pharmacy waiting 3+ days to fill prescriptions.

My mom has been using the Mesquite, Tx. S.Galloway store for 35+ years and it's pharmacy. Not until this past year has she had any problem that wasn't resolved. I have gone at least 5 times in the last two months only to be told it's not ready. I will then proceed to get her groceries, which takes at least 1hr. When I return, I still have to wait another 45minutes to 1hr. When she arrived today, she was told again. it's not ready. She called it in on 4/6/2021, which is a Tuesday. She then explained to the tech that she is out and needs them now. She was told that she should go home and wait until she is called. Probably sometime tomorrow. When she told her again, she told my mom, it's because we have so many shots to give out. REALLY? There were only 3 other people waiting and IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS! Our entire family has used this pharmacy for several years. Some have moved and gone on yo others. THis is total disrespect of YOUR customers. Not to mention DANGEROUS. Her name and number is: Lawanda Renfro [protected]. I will help her move to Walgreens if she gets no response. My Name is Mark Renfro my cell: [protected].
P.S. Even a employee is frustrated with how bad this has gotten.

Desired outcome: Start getting prescriptions done on time and show compassion to YOUR customers

Kroger Pharmacy mismanagement

I began using Kroger Pharmacy 3 months ago because the cost of my medicine would be quite a bit cheaper. I went to Kroger Pharmacy today, and there were 6-8 people waiting in line for 30 plus minutes. The majority were older people who needed somewhere to sit. I thought this was not a usual event. However when I went to pick up my medicine today, I waited approximately 30 minutes and was told my prescription was not ready and that it would take 15 minutes. (The order was sent by my doctor 2 days ago.) I was told to take a seat next to the window thinking that I would be immediately called back to the window when the order was complete. I was wrong! I was told to get back in line. There were 6-8 people in front of me. It took another 30-40 minutes waiting for my turn. I told the cashier that I thought that I shouldn't have to get back in line. So the wait time was approximately an hour. There were 2 registers; however only one was open. Standing in line this long with this many people with only one register open is very unreasonable. Others in line said that this is nothing unusual. The service was VERY slow. The management of the pharmacy is the pits. This took place at the Kroger Marketplace in Hendersonville, TN.

Desired outcome: Better management, consideration for elderly customers, adequate staffing

Kroger Paid shopper home delivery

Both times I had someone do my shopping because of the Covid virus and both times what they subsuited was way over priced $12.00 a pound for rib eye stakes they where $5.98 a pound on sale. So 3 pounds of steak for twice as much Then you buy 4 cases of pop for $11.00 they didn't have Canada Ginger Ale so the shopper bought 7 oz cans so $4.99 for 3 cases then $3.49 for the last 6 pack. So the 10. or $11.00 sale price ended up being $ 18.00. I kept the sale papers in hope Kroger's would do the adjustments when I finally went into the store. They would not do anything even though it was all Kroger's products. I talked to the guy at the returns desk he said can't do It so I said let me talk to a manager and he said he was one. Thanks a lot Kroger' s. He said the company that does the shopping does the adjustments. He told me I could have returned every thing and I said so you can garbage can half the the stuff I bought. I have shopped there for 25 to 30 years. You also have done all my prescriptions there because I am disabled and need medication. Kroger's on Carpenter road Ypsilanti. MI. my mother shopped at Kroger's also since the early 70's.
1 Cranberry pills 60 count 25, 000 mg you owe me that also. Manager was an idiot said I could return everything I stayed away because of the virus.
Was there 04/07/2021

Desired outcome: Do a refund like I though you would $ 7.00 dollars on pop $18.00 on Steaks. I had buy 1 get 1 free on Crandberry

When you have these people shopping at your store and doing home delivery you should be covering there screw up I payed $10.00 for delivery and another $5.00 for a tip. It is something Kroger's is offering to do in there web site. But when these people do the shopping they really don't care if there sticking the customer with way more costs. The average customer would know what to buy to get the sale prices in the weekly flyer. These people doing the shopping don't care what you pay it's not there money. They shopped 2 times for me and both times they screwed up and that's a service you offer in your website. I can transfer my medications to a different place I have shopped at about 5 different places at Kroger's over the years.

Kroger Unresponsive employees

I was standing in line at the checkout at Graceland Kroger, Columbus Ohio, on the blue square for social distancing, when two people with a cart simply pushed in between me and the person ahead who was checking out. I complained to two employees - the first one simply stared at me and didn't even respond, the second one said nothing about my being pushed out of line and said the other employee couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't his job.

Apparently elderly people can be shoved out of line at any time at Krogers and it's just routine.

Graceland Kroger has been going steadily downhill for months. The one on Morse road is worse. I know people who drive out to the suburbs now to do their grocery shopping rather than deal with the Columbus Kroger stores and I guess I'll be joining them.

Desired outcome: Improve your stores and your employee training.

I am an associate at Kroger 864. I have filed so many complaints with Ethics and no results. Poor management and no support for employees with complaints about their Deli Back Up Lead. They always take up for him no matter what the issue is and it is BAD... Associates are leaving because of this issue and I am one of them. Please help us with this issue before they have no one left!

Kroger Denali Mint Moose Tracks ice cream

I enjoy the Mint Denali Moose Tracks ice cream several times a week. I've purchased this for a long time and will probably still purchase it. The problem I had with the last purchase was that it didn't have the generous deposit of chocolate in the middle. It had all the mint chips but no glob of chocolate deliciousness. The number on the bottom was 39-048 12:23 L2 0211. I think this carton was a fluke and it's now empty. I will be buying another carton during the next shopping trip at Kroger's. I hope it has the glob.

Sincerely,
Marilyn Moncrieff

Kroger Heritage farms chicken boneless breasts i green packaging

When buying chicken I always rinse it and freeze it or use it immediately. The last 2x I purchased this brand of chicken after cooking, it has a terrible bleach taste. We were not able to eat is and I threw away all the chicken of that brand that was in the freezer.
I am very disappointed in this and I see other complaints so it seems as if no one is listening.

Desired outcome: Cancel the procurement of this chicken

Kroger Poor management at store or corporate level

I live 1 mile South of King Soopers (6110 Firestone Blvd, Firestone, CO) and 1 mile North of Safeway. I have always preferred King Soopers, but it is getting to the point that the items I shop for are never on the shelf. So, I travel down to Safeway and there it is on their shelf. Why? Who is at fault? Why can Safeway have it on their shelf, but King Soopers can not. So many other things are done right at King Soopers, but if the items you go to buy are not on the shelf, then the other quality aspects don't count. You are after all supposed to be a supplier of grocery products.

So I ask again, why? Why can Safeway have the products and King Soopers does not. Do you not have the right suppers? Do you not have the correct logistics managers for the corporation or is it the store manage at this location that has been promoted above his or her abilities?

All of this is just food for thought from a 77 year old who would like to buy from King Soopers, but is finding it hard to do quite often.

Thanks,
Bob Larsen
Firestone, Colorado

Desired outcome: A better stocked store.

Kroger Kroger brand sugar snap peas

I purchased a bag of Kroger brand sugar snap peas on Feb 2 that had a "best by" date of March 15, 2021. There was moisture inside the bag when I bought it that made me a bit leery, but I bought it anyway. When I sampled the peas at home they were bitter, wet, beginning to turn. I had to throw the entire bag away.

Identifiers on the bag were
TFRG 058 A22B 13:02
Produce of Guatemala

Desired outcome: Please don't let this happen again. My husband and I are fond of sugar snap peas as a healthy snack choice.

Kroger Heritage Farm chicken drumsticks

Two weeks ago, I purchased a pack of Heritage Farm (HF) chicken drumsticks about 4.5 lbs at Kroger in Fort Worth, TX
The drumsticks were fresh, didn't have foul smell, some of them even had little icy. I trimmed out some fat, skin with fat and washed them.
I cooked the whole package, thinking of eating some, cut up some to give the homeless cats I feed as a "one-in-a-while" treat and keep frozen the rest.
After cooking them, I ate 2 drumsticks. Haft hour later, I had diarrhea (3 times).
My stomach wasn't happy even after 3 times diarrhea and 1 pink pill. It sounded as my body was fighting with bad bacteria. I had to take another pink pill.
At first, I didn't know which of the food items gave me diarrhea because I also ate 1 roll and drank milk (also Kroger's products). I thought maybe I cooked the drumsticks not long enough even though it was boiled for a while.

The next day, I got 3 cooked drumsticks out and cooked them again, boiled them 45 more minutes. The meat fell of the bone. I ate them, just the drumsticks only. I got diarrhea again. So, I know for sure that the drumsticks made me diarrhea.

I called Kroger and asked if other customers had the same problems because on that day, I saw at least one man who also purchased the HF chicken drumsticks.
They got me hold for 10 minutes and finally the customer service lady told me to bring back the package. I told her I already cooked, ate some of it, that's how I know it's contaminated and threw the package out to the trash.
They agreed to refund me back to the debit card that I paid for it.

Even though Kroger refunded me. I still very much concern about Heritage Farm chicken. Kroger didn't tell me if the other customers got the same problems or not.

The bacteria that can resist and survive long boiling like that is very dangerous.
I thanked God and am so happy that I didn't give to my homeless cats those drumsticks that day.
I don't know if I will buy Heritage Farm chicken again.

Kroger No masks by staff and TABC education

We shopped Kroger Little Elm on 423 FM this morning. Some of the associates stocking weren't wearing masks at all, others didn't have noses covered, or were wearing it around their chins. Customers were in the store. Then we went to check out about 6:40AM we had a full cart and the only lanes open were self checkout. Those lanes are intended for a few items but not a full cart attendant said the regular registers won't open until 7am, Tom Thumb has at least one register open when they open.

Also we purchased non-alcoholic beer I know the TABC laws because I managed a restaurant in Texas a few years ago, if it's less than 0.5 % alcohol by volume it's legal to buy it before noon on Sunday, the nonalcoholic beer we were purchasing was 0.4% and 0.01%. The attendant pulled the non-alcoholic beer from our cart after we had it was rung up and told us no beer can't be sold on Sunday, maybe it's a store policy and if so fine but you should have signs saying as much on the beer isle.

We will not be giving business to Kroger for a while possibly ever. I hope in the future you mandate masks for your employees, we are in a pandemic and I don't want to bring Covid home to my family from your store with my groceries, that's why I shop early. I also hope your staff is better educated on the TABC laws here.

Desired outcome: Make masks mandatory for staff, deliver that nonalcoholic beer to us

Pharmacy at Colony Crossing has a tremendous wait time. I waited an hour to drop a prescription off yesterday and when returning today I was the only one in line and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask to help me. Then my prescription had been run under the wrong insurance so I was told I would have to come back. I would like to pass on to management my concerns of wait times.

I purchased two (2) large packages of Heritage Farms Chicken Wings. I was very disappointed. For the price I paid, I would have expected to find clean, ready to cook chicken. I certainly didn't expect to have to pluck the chicken myself! There was also one piece in the package that was horribly bruised. I didn't use it and chose to throw that piece away as well. I will likely not be purchasing this chicken again.

This Kroger at 234 Emory rd. Powell tn 37849. Blocks the door at 10:45 pm and won't let anyone else in for the night. Can you change the hours so we know not to come there? I just needed one item but the would not let you in as the outdoor was closed also. I noticed others being turned away. I know those employees aren't leaving because I have talked to them and they told me they were there all night cleaning and stocking.

Kroger Prices marked incorrectly

I went to multiple Kroger's to get a product (cauliflower chicken tenders), but due to the winter storm, most stores were out. They were marked as $6.99 and BOGO. This is an amazing price, so I purchased 2 when I finally found them. When these came up at $8.99 and not BOGO at the self checkout register, I asked the cashier (who waited until she finished her text message to address me) if this was correct. Another employee was called for assistance. He went to check the item in the freezer section. He came back said it's $8.99 when I scan it. I explained, "yes, that's the regular price. But the item is marked at $6.99 and BOGO. If this is not the case, please go ahead and void. It's not a big deal." He said, "So do you want it?" I repeated my statement and he said that he would tell "her", who I'm assuming was the original cashier. I waited at the self checkout register for 10 mins and no one ever came back. The original self-checkout attendant had completely disappeared. I never complain, as I work in hiring for security and guest services; I understand that everyone has bad days. But this was very disappointing.
