KFC review: Take out order/ service

On 6/13/23 I decided to try out our new KFC location at 4670 South Street, Titusville, Fl 32780 (#y300105, Ticket#4697). I placed my order through the kiosk at that location at 3:24 pm. While placing the order I didn’t see the Dr Pepper or Root Beer available to order so I selected something else. When I went to pay the cashier, I noticed on the board behind her that both were listed and she said both were actually available (did I miss them on the computer?). My order included a 3 piece original recipe combo and as they started to put the order together, the cashier informed me that they had given the last of the original recipe chicken to people that just came through the drive through (I’m pretty sure they placed their order after I’d already placed mine). She said I could have 2 crispy drumsticks and one original recipe piece. They never offered too cook more original recipe chicken. Since that was my only option I accepted (even though my husband specifically wanted the original). When I arrived home, there were only 2 pieces of crispy chicken… so I was one piece short and didn’t get a credit for being short one piece! I’d also ordered the Big Box Clsc sandwich and 5 nuggets and dip cup and fries. I ended up with just the sandwich and the nuggets, no dip cup or fries! What I did receive wasn’t that good either. All in all, a very bad experience.
