KFC review: Service/order issues

I visited Friday December 10, 2021 at the Lapeer KFC. I ordered an eight piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I asked for wings to replace the thighs. I received no thighs and no extra wings, therefore shorted two pieces of Chicken. I received gravy but no mashed potatoes, I did get Mac and cheese no one wanted, I called the store and got a recording, someone would call me back. I have yet received a phone call. I emailed a complaint and was told someone would be back to me, I am still waiting. I know it's a strange time but… a simple response, I'm sorry, come get your right order…would be nice, as of now, I am done with KFC.
