KFC review: Online service

When you order online and send someone for collection they always have a problem, either they will say they can't see the order or they will say the person has to wait up until 8pm. I don't know why but I'm sick and tired of it. Another problem they don't pick up the phone, it will ring for ages and drops, when you try again it will be engaged! They are failing to understand that we are customers, we are not very much interested in them but the food. Thanks
