KFC Family treat
We bought a family treat 8 piece on 25 February 2023 at 20:00 from Silverlakes KFC, when we got home we didn’t receive our mash and gravy like we should, the chicken was plain with no spices on at all, the zinger wings didn’t have any spices on and didn’t even give us a zing and even the french fries didn’t have salt on them. This was really poor service by KFC and I hope that this matter gets attention. Regards

I went to KFC on the 25th of February 2023 at Maluti crescent qwaqwa .i placed my order though drive through. I sat in the car for almost 3hours waiting for my order.when I asked a cashier why did they took long to give me my order, she said she was waiting for the chicken... When you order online and send someone for collection they always have a problem, either they will say they can't see the order or they will say the person has to wait up until 8pm. I ordered food on the Kfc app for delivery and paid for it, I was tracking the driver on the app , our gate security phoned us to open the gate for the delivery guy
We waited for him , after 15 minutes the app says order delivered .
Now we started to get worried because we paid already, we phoned head office and we explained the situation they gave us 2 vouchers that amounts to our bill
We were able to use 1 voucher the other voucher I’m unable to use it as it is not activated
Desired outcome: I need the second voucher to be activated so I can close this case
Service clerk
I went and got a take out order and the clerk asked me if I wanted to give a tip. I said of course not, this is a take out order. I was there, maybe 10 minutes, come on... dude. When I got home I realized the clerk did charge me a tip... WHAAAT...
My son works in a restaurant and he gets that kind of tip for 1-1 1/2 hours of work at the same table. I'm anxious to see how this will end.

I purchased a 16-piece bucket of chicken at your Branson Missouri KFC Store. The food was awful. Greasy, dry and tasteless. The pieces were very small. More breading than chicken. Time:4:03pm, Date: 2/11/2023. — The KFC at 2800 Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, VA is horrible. This is the 2nd time I have ordered and eaten here and each time I go through the drive through, there is a delay. Customer service is just awful & my order was wrong. On the 19 Jan 2023 I purchase at the Cradock KFC branch I was then told at the drive through that my payment did not went through but on my app it showed that it went through I was then advise to pay cash I did then and then was told that my money Wil be refunded in a few min. Sedley I find the quality has become sub standard especially from your Kent and Essex branches'.
The flavor appears to be of a corner cheap chicken shop flavor and NOT the famous flavor I have experienced from living in the US and the flavor of KFC that Britain once knew.
It appears the size of chicken leaves a lot to be desired and flavorless.
Fries... Seven fries are classed as a portion.
Equally your stores are now refusing Blue light cardholder and Veteran cards.
I will be taking this matter up with the owner of KFC on my next visit to Chicago Via Email and letter, as I feel what once was a desired meal is now not so much desired.
