I spent $55 tonight. Both large buckets of chicken hat old dry dark chicken. They claimed to be out of biscuits. Offered cookies as replacement. Mac and cheese very mushy. KFC Bowl, chicken pieces were hard as Pebbles. Overall disgusting! First time ever having horrible food. Sandwiches flat squashed dry chicken. Claimed to be out of two different sauces for chicken sandwiches, horrible customer service! Will try to return food, which I doubt will happen. They only ever want to replace rather than refund. Why would I want to replace disgusting food with more disgusting food? I'm not at all happy with this.

After calling you a store, this manager gave me a hard time about wanting my money back and said if I didn't do it now that it can't be done without notifying her boss. I just don't want to go out in the dark and rain again tonight and would rather do so tomorrow afternoon. If they call back end appease to my request of money back tomorrow, Lindsay said they can't give money back unless it is Bloody, hairy, or Raw once it has left the grounds. My problem with this is, when driving through purchasing an order, do they expect us to open I repackage and search for freshness when it is to be expected? Very displeased
