KFC review: Lack of customer service by the manager at the Lebanon rd store hermitage tn

We went through the drive through on 3/5/23 at 4:20 pm my ticket number was #1109. When they handed me my order I wanted to double check it before I pulled off because the last time we got it we got home and it was wrong. When the manager saw me, she jerked the window open and was staring at me. I told her I was supposed to have 2 legs and they gave me a thigh and a leg. and her response was that's how it was put in. I told her I understand that but that's not what I ordered. She just hatefully repeated the same thing. I said are you going to make me keep the thigh and she snatched the box out of my hand. This manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I cant not imagine why you would want her to represent KFC. She should not be managing others. This is not the first time we have experienced her lack of customer service. I do not believe she can be retrained. she is just a terrible loud hateful person. She is giving KFC a terrible reputation. We will probably go on down the street to Bojangles or Popeyes. We love KFC, but its not worth being abused by the staff. We have other friends that experienced the same treatment
