Very bad experience at KFC - bought 2 combo paks with 3 'tenders" 1 side, 1 biscuit and 1 drink at Taco Bell in Lawrenceville, GA order # 147734 on 3/14/2023.
Tenders were not but were dry and chews like they had been in heater tray for hours. Cole slaw is no longer the same recipe at all. Biscuit was hard and crusty on top and bottom. The only thing that tasted OK was the Diet Pepsi.
Was a tasteless order!
Manager should speak to the staff there as they were all gathered at back of cooking area chatting and laughing and not at all present at the front to wait on customers.
I also have attached photos of the decrepit condition of the floors, ladies bathroom and all the white doors to bathrooms and kitchen and unclean table tops!
We managed to find 1 clean table but most of the others were dirty with food!=!

Desired outcome: Would apprreciate coupon for 2 free dinner combos or $15.46 we paid for tasteless chewy meal!
